Owen, our salesperson, was helpful in our selection of the perfect wood flooring product. Once the floor was ready to go in, Rob the flooring manager came out to go over how things would work and to make sure that the product got delivered. On the day of installation I met Brian, who was the installer. After removing the carpet Brian realized that there were some issues with the wood floor underneath. Rob came out again and the two of them came up with a plan. Once Rob left, Brian was on it! He was not only incredibly nice, he was professional, efficient, and fast. He cared so much about making sure the job was not only done right, but was done in a way that would make me happy. In this day and age, good help is hard to find and keep, but it looks like they have found a way to do it. They kept us informed on each step of the process. They cleaned up well at night so we could be functional in the kitchen if needed. We had some touch up items on baseboard and walls after but it was minimal. Shane gave us some insight on some laundry room flooring options when we are ready to do that work. Zach was great to work with at the store on flooring options. Caleb did the measurements on site and Roy did the scheduling and all happened as planned and on time. We were very pleased with their work overall.
