He called back quickly, came over within 48 hours for an estimate. We agreed on $100 for the removal, shook hands and I've never seen him since. I have called the listed phone number several times (including leaving messages) to no avail. If someone isn't interested in doing the job-fine! I can find someone else. I don't like when I shake hands in agreement with someone, just to have them disappear.
