Frank stayed in touch to update me for time and ETA of his arrival. He was able to fix our problem and was super knowledgeable about all of our plumbing needs. He was nice enough to take a look at our kitchen faucet that also had a slow leak to help diagnose that problem. Great local small business that works hard to make sure customers are treated right. Highly recommend!

Forgot his name. Sorry. They were professional and did a great job. Explained everything to me and did a great clean up. Reasonable price if you join their program. I highly recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing.

We engaged Nicholas Womack to install our kitchen and kitchen island…read more The install was not an easy one. It's our first home. So our first kitchen. And we went in blind. Bought some cabinets from Menards and boy was it hard to install. But Nicholas was a joy to work with. He didn't rush and scrimp on quality. He made sure to take his time and ensure the cuts and measurements were correct. And he is very honest as well. What was supposed to be a 2 day install, he was upfront, and immediately told us he needed more time. Which we are glad he told us. So we extended the project for another day. Overall, happy that we worked with Nicholas. He even gave us a discount. Despite the extension.

I chose to contact Express Services for it's 40 minute guarantee response, and it's willingness to handle off hour work. The issue is that the "office" was closed around 3:30pm. Surprising. I left a detailed message and have not received a reply as of 18 hours later. I called twice and noticed that while they were not "open", they prominently advised callers of an "emergency" number where presumably you pay emergency service pricing. In short they did not respond to my call so I got no service. I don't have good feelings about this place.
