The gentleman I talked to was very pleasant and very helpful and when he found out that the problem we were having was with a commercial toilet list that had just been installed he was saying that's not the type of work that he does and he gave me a recommendation to somebody and he was very helpful and I would recommend calling him and at least checking out his service. read more

My main water valve starting leaking so Frank from F.S. Plumbing was quick to respond with a price and time the next day (was even able to make it out on a Saturday)! Frank stayed in touch to update me for time and ETA of his arrival. He was able to fix our problem and was super knowledgeable about all of our plumbing needs. He was nice enough to take a look at our kitchen faucet that also had a slow leak to help diagnose that problem. Great local small business that works hard to make sure customers are treated right. Highly recommend! read more

FS Plumbing - New Ball Valve - main water shut off - Plumbing Near Me

Contacted on Monday and at my house today, Wednesday. Had a faulty bathtub leaking faucet. Replaced it and as good as new.

Very responsive - I called after hours about replacing hot/cold valves for my washing machine, and he was here the following afternoon. Very friendly and worked quickly. Will definitely use him in the future! read more

Great comms, quick scheduling, on time and great work. Will be my go to plumber. Thanks!

FS Plumbing was very easy to work with. I explained the problem, he gave me an estimate. I called around for other estimates and his undercut the other's, one company was about 30% more - that's a lot! We agreed on a date and time for the repair. He arrived as agreed, answered 101 questions I had (not all related to the repair he was there for), did a great job, cleaned everything up before he left and charged what he estimated. I definitely recommend him and will call him first if I ever need a plumber again. read more

Frank replaced my 22 year old water heater. It hadn't stopped working, but I knew it was on its last legs. Frank was able to schedule me for 4 days later. The price was excellent and so was the service. I would highly recommend him. He's an independent. Not a big flashy van and advertising. Won't see him on TV or hear him on the radio. Not a fleet of vehicles . Just a solid, qualified plumber who got the job done. read more

Response time was excellent service was excellent quality was excellent. Definitely recommend

Looking for an old school plumber that's honest and does good work? Look no further. You have found what you are looking for. I was starting to think they didn't exist anymore. I was pleasantly surprised to find one. After getting ghosted by one outfit and ignored by another, I hit the reviews and decided to pick up the phone and give Frank a call. Excellent choice. He was out the next day and had my problem solved in short order. I know who I'm calling for my next plumbing problem. Excellent service. I doubt I could get quality work done any cheaper. read more

I've never had to hire a plumber before so, when my outdoor faucet sprung a leak due to a frozen and cracked pipe, I was simply not in the mood to leave the decision up to chance. I quickly did some searching for the best plumbers in the area and discovered FS Plumbing. Frank was super easy to communicate with, gave me a fair quote, then provided quality service. He was very prompt to the appointment and quickly determined what he needed to do to resolve my issue. From the moment he stepped into my house until the moment he left, he was extremely respectful of my home (which I very much appreciate). I enjoyed talking with Frank as he performed his work and his knowledge level was unmatched. He's just an all around decent guy and I am already planning to have him back to do some additional repairs that are not as urgent. If you are looking for an honest plumber, reach out to FS Plumbing. I am glad I did and, if you hire Frank, you will be glad as well! read more

FS Plumbing - Brand new outdoor faucet installed by FS Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me

Called Frank for a garbage disposal that was leaking. Also mentioned I had a shower faucet drizzling water while turned off. Frank let me know he was in Colorado and he recommended calling his son in law, Jeramy set up appointment for two days later, Friday, then that afternoon he called to say he was sick. He told Frank that I would be calling him for another referral. End of their communication. Despite calling Frank, texting him, he did not return any further calls or texts. I had the right number. So I called a different company (SOS Plumbers. Just as inexpensive, but next day service, and offered money saving tips). I won't waste time or effort on Frank anymore. read more

Called FS plumbing to replace hot/cold water valves for washer and got an immediate response. Frank was great and he was able to give me an estimate promptly which I greatly appreciated. A different plumber quoted me a much higher price. Frank arrived on time with the replacement parts needed and did an excellent job fixing the valves without any issues. Service Requested, Quality and Value-all top notch. I have at last found a reliable plumber!!!

We had a leaky guest bathroom toilet just as out-of-town family was arriving for the holidays. Frank diagnosed the problem over the phone, provided a reasonable quote, and was incredibly responsive and helpful, getting our issue repaired quickly. Much better outcome than I'd hoped for when we'd originally discovered water dripping through the can lights of the family room below! read more

Had a water heater that I could not perform annual maintenance on as the tank was plugged off with sediment. Called 2 different companies and no one could show up until the following week. Called FS on my third call and he was there in less than 24 hours. You cannot beat that with a ten foot stick! He installed and tested everything. Service beyond REPROACH. Look that word up if you have to. Now my go-to plumber.! read more

I recently reached out to Frank again ( second project offer) to see if he could fix a bathtub drain pipe that sprung a leak from cracks that appeared from rust expanding the pipe. The pipe is part of the original plumbing and the house is nearly 74 years old. Luckily I have two full bathrooms and the pipe was attached to the 1st floor bathtub only so it wasn't an "emergency I need Frank right now" lol. Frank was available and we scheduled a meeting so he could assess the severity. The day he showed up, on time and schedule, he determined that it wasn't as bad as he assumed and asked if I wanted him to repair it right away since he was already there. I said yep and he got down to business quickly. He cut off about a 3 1/2 foot section of the iron pipe and installed a PVC pipe, couple of rubber end bushings and clamps he had available. After running the bathtub water a few minutes and letting it drain, no more leakage and I was happy. From the time he arrived to him finishing the job was approximately 2 hours. Now I will need to repaint the installed PVC pipe so it matches my basement celling but no biggie. The pipe is in my finished basement restroom so it's out of sight but, the wife added the painting to the "honey-do-list" lol. It's an eye sore right now but, at least it's out of sight. Frank is an absolute professional nice guy and does keep his word. Just make sure to give him some flexibility since things do come up unexpectedly but, he will communicate with you to keep you informed, not like other contractors that leave you guessing and act like they're doing you a favor...yeah right! Not Frank and his rates are reasonable compared to others I've dealt with over the years. Thanks again Frank! read more

I needed a water line run to my new refrigerator ice maker and Frank gave me an estimate without charging me for a service call and expertly installed a shutoff valve and water line in my 80yo home where there had previously been none. He called ahead and showed up on time, then cleaned up afterwards. My dog even liked him! 100% recommend and will use him again if I need other plumbing done. read more

As a construction professional myself, I value those who are a dedicated to their craft. Frank is one of those individuals that will invest in your own best interest while holding to his own standards. After replacing an ancient water heater and valves for less than the "big boys" I asked if he could install a smart water valve where our main enters the house (after the PRV of course). As it is/was new technology we managed to get it installed (with Frank's accommodating nature of running to plumbing supply houses). All while holding to his quote. Of course the PRV was bad as well but we adjusted the new valve until I can decide if I'm up to the task of the replacement. If not, I know who I'm calling! Highly recommended! read more

I recommend F.S. Plumbing without reservation. I had originally been assigned another vendor through my home warranty company but that would have meant waiting a week or more for them to come out. Frank was able to come within 24 hours of me contacting him. Even though he had to run out to purchase a valve to fix my issue, that didn't change the price he quoted me originally. The work he did was stellar and he was extremely profesional. Hire him and you will have peace of mind that your problem will be fixed right and for a fair price! read more

Can't recommend Frank enough! He was able to come out the day after we called to look at a leak from our shower. He was very friendly and after looking over everything, he recommended that we try a small repair ourselves in lieu of paying him to do it. Frank said if that doesn't work, we should call again, as the situation will require more extensive work. We really appreciate his honesty! read more
