Quick and easy! Professional and clean. Thank you! We got on the schedule quickly and the price for a sewer clean out was incredibly reasonable. read more

Very helpful with adjusting appointment time. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again if ever required.

Olney is able to cable a vertical line as well as lateral and took a video of my cast iron piping from roof to street. I was able to schedule a (non-emergency) appointment within the same week, and the price was comparable to other places I have used in the past for lateral only. Andrew was very friendly and professional, communicated well, and showed me everything while he was making the video, and then emailed me the video and pictures the same day. I highly recommend this company. read more

My kitchen sink was clogged. Olney cabled kitchen sink from cleanout in basement but could not get passed. Their conclusion is that line is broken and needs repaired. They charged me $155. Then a friend of mine recommended a local plumber to take a look. The plumber used the same method (but with longer cable) and resolved the clog issue. read more

Was able to get here the day we called and fixed our clogged sink in no time. Price we paid was what was on their site... no add ons or upsells. Very professional. Will use again. read more

Called for my mom early morning after a holiday and they were there about an hour and a half later. The price was extremely fair and Cliff explained everything so it was easy to understand. I would definitely use them again! read more

i called Olney Sewer and Drain this morning 4/3/25 due to an urgent situation involving an overflowing basement drain. Their customer service on the phone was understanding, helpful and cheered me up in my moment of panic. Andrew was here the same afternoon. He arrived on time, and resolved the immediate problem promptly. He also provided follow-up recommendations for long-term solutions. I value their insights, honest pricing and will highly recommend Olney for their services. read more

We use Olney for rental properties on my job but last week I needed them for my own residence. Called and got same day appointment. Andrew was our technician and had both drains unclogged in less than 45 minutes. Service is reasonably priced also so if you're having issues I would recommend Olney! read more

I am so pleased with the service provided by Olney Sewer & Drain. The technician was kind, polite and left our basement clean and free of debris. He arrived earlier than scheduled and cleared our sewer quickly. The prices are excellent We, very affordable. We live in an older home that has recurrent plumbing problems so I will definitely call Olney the next time our sewer/drains need service. read more

Had a back up or clogged lateral line. Making a appointment was simple and easy through messaging on Yelp. They were one of the few businesses that actually responded back promptly. Cliff showed up cleared the lateral line and gave some good advice on how to keep it clear since my pipe is straight and sloping down towards the Main Street sewer line. Their prices are very fair and reasonable compared to other businesses that want to charge by the hour and show up fee, etc. They did the job, And I would not hesitate to call them again! read more

After making early morning appointments with two other plumbing companies and being stood up both times, the third time was the charm with Olney Sewer and Drain. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and it was easy to set up an appointment. Cliff showed up on time with all the tools he needed to complete my project (video of my sewer lateral) and was very professional. He even took a few minutes to give advice on an unrelated problem with my kitchen sink which will save me a ton of headaches down the road. I will absolutely give this company a call in the future when I have a plumbing issue. They don't give you the run-around and respect your time! read more

Olney is focused on drain cleaning ONLY. I loved the fact that his pricing is transparent on his webpage. He was the only plumber of 3 that I called that answered the phone (his wife manages the incoming calls). He showed up early (with a call beforehand). His handled the sink drain problem in an old house carefully, deliberately, and what a relief it was that everything went perfectly well. Other plumbers had given us doomsday scenario estimates in previous calls. I like Mr. Olney. Practical, friendly, knowledgable, and well equipped. We have found our drain guy from now on. read more

Fast response, accurate price estimate via Yelp messaging, on-time, professional in every way. Love the ability to send pictures via Yelp messaging. Be as descriptive as you can and their estimate should be close. Also, my project wasn't an emergency, but I appreciated the quick response via Yelp request and service the next day. read more

FANTASTIC!!! Louisa handled my questions and the appointment set up and was very helpful and nice. Cliff showed up right on time and had the garbage disposal removed and the broken pipe fixed in no time. He was totally professional and very nice, explaining what he was going to do and letting me know what might have to be done if it wasn't quite that simple. The estimate I was quoted was exactly what I was charged and there was no mess left for me to clean up. I know that seems silly to have to point out, but I have had some "professionals" do work only to have to clean up huge messes that they made when that is something they should have done. I will definitely keep their number handy for future needs as I am planning on doing some remodeling of my kitchen and bathrooms. THANK YOU!!! read more

Great experience. Showed up on time. Friendly, professional. Fair price.

This company is awesome. Second time I have used them. The phone is answered swiftly by a real person! Shane has shown up within 2 hours of when I've called. His work is professional. Great personality. Cant say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed! read more

Our kitchen drain was clogged. We called one place that said we would need 2 services; 1 to clear the drain and another to fix the leak at the pipe under the sink. Starting cost was $249 per hour for each service. Called Olney. They were local and family owned. He came the next day and cleared the drain and fixed the leak for far less than the other place wanted to charge. Very informative and gave us suggestions to help in the future read more

Came out to do a bit of work under our sink. Showed up quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. Charge was for 1 hour which was around $120. That seemed fair and I appreciated the quick response. read more

I needed help ASAP and Olney came through like a champ. Had a leaky toilet and the water shut off broke when I turned it. Yikes! I Yelped a request for quotes and Olney got back within a few minutes with an estimate and a tech. They were here within an hour and done in an hour. Great response! Great service! Great price! Very fair and reasonable. Need a plumber? Here you go. read more

Thank you for coming out to my establishment. Cliff was great! Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Price is on point!

Needed a blockage resolved in a hurry and Olney came through! They responded to my project request within minutes and were even able to fit me in the next day. I will be sure to call them again if I need them! Even though I won't actually call -- the entire transaction was online which made me a happy camper. Thank you! read more

Excellent experience. Scheduling the appointment was painless. I called around 4:30 on Wednesday and service was scheduled for 9-10 the next morning. Cliff arrived right around 9:30, knew the cause of the problem immediately and educated us on how to prevent another issue. He completed the work quickly, was friendly and even zip tied our AC condensation hose to the grate for us. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the price was better than the specials being offered elsewhere. read more

Fixed 2 leaky toilets. They were quick, efficient. Communication was great too. Very happy with their work!

Our rental house had a back up with nasty water in the basement. I called Olney Sewer Sunday and they came out an hour later. Shane did a great job clearing the line and explained everything he did. He also helped hose off the basement floor! I was very happy with the service and the price is very reasonable. I've had a run of bad luck with plumbing companies lately and am relieved that I found someone I can trust that isn't outrageously priced. Saving this number for sure!! read more

Had a main line backup in my basement. Submitted an online request for quote and received a call less than 10 mins later. I was told Shane could be at my house 3 hours later. Shane showed up 20 mins early and did a fantastic job, very personable and professional. He completed the job quickly and did a nice job explaining everything. Prices were very reasonable - as of Aug 2018 I was quoted $125 for a main line snaking/auger/root removal and an extra $40 if they had to get on the roof (which I expected as my stack was old and cast iron and in a tight corner). Prices quoted on the phone were the same I was charged when they came out. Thanks, Olney, I'll use you again. read more

I consider myself fortunate to have had Mr. Olney come out and inspect my sewer lines so rapidly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my sewage dilemma. I can't thank him enough. read more

I called Olney Sewer and Drain about a clogged main line and they fit me in and had someone out within two hours. The serviceperson, Shane, was very helpful and took care of the clog quickly. Had a clogged 100 ft plastic drain pipe leaving much pooled water in driveway and backyard. Scheduled an appointment by phone and Shane arrived in an hour or so. He unclogged the pipe, which was massively clogged, in a little over an hour. All work done was quick and clean and for a very reasonable price. Olney is now my go-to company for drain and plumbing work. read more

Our kitchen stack backed up right before we put our house on the market (fantastic timing!), so I contacted Olney through Yelp. Louisa responded right away at around 7:30 on a Friday night, and Cliff was at our house the next morning! He cleared the kitchen stack and also took care of a toilet that wouldn't flush...he unearthed a wad of baby wipes that my lovely children had apparently flushed a long time ago (of course). Everything is working perfectly now, and Olney's price are fantastic! I was beyond pleased with our experience, and will absolutely call Olney again! read more

I called on a Thursday, needing it done by Friday afternoon. They were very friendly on the phone and said they could get me in that day! They offered me different options, depending on what was convenient for me. They were actually able to come even sooner than planned. Cliff was very nice and efficient. He clearly knew what he was doing and wasn't trying to waste any time. Not only do they have inexpensive flat rates, but they give you a 30 day warranty along with it. I don't write reviews that often, but I highly recommend this company. read more

They were great. Responded in a timely manner and were able to come over to my house within a few hours. The technician, Shane, was outstanding. Very cordial, efficient and professional. And he got the backup taken care of within an hour. I hope I don't have to use them again in the near future but when another problem arises, they will be my call. read more

It's not until something breaks down that one appreciates good quality craftsmanship. Our upstairs toilet had begun leaking because the wax ring connection had come apart. As soon as my wife and I became aware of the problem, we called Olney, based on their positive customer reviews. We weren't disappointed. We were scheduled for the next day and Cliff, Olney's rep got right on it. And this is important--it didn't take him very long to finish replacing the ring and resetting the toilet. He also replaced the fluid master ballcock, which had become an issue. Cliff is an excellent representative of the company, the pricing was very reasonable and because of Cliff, Olney is now our go-to plumber. Thanks Cliff. Thank you Olney. read more

Had a clogged drain the night before tenants were moving in. Filled out an form on Angie's List and they contacted me no more than 5 minutes to schedule an appointment the next morning.
