He promised a receipt and estimate would be delivered by email later that day. That never happened. After three days of me contacting them, I finally got an email estimate that left out several items that we had discussed. One of those items was a hot water tank flush. They wanted to add $525 to the estimate for this service! When I refused and pointed out that a typical rate is $150 to $250, they told me it required a "special machine". That is a lie. Nevertheless, I scheduled an appointment for the rest of the service. They canceled by text 2.5 hours before. We scheduled for the next morning. They canceled by text 2 hours before.
