His bid says he is licensed. Not sure that's true. I am having a problem now with water leaking on the floor from an overflow from the heater. Sam talked to us July 3, 2025, we showed him pictures of the issue. Said he would be out asap to check situation. He blew us off. I'm sure because he knew he put it over the drain and blocked it. End of July 2025 and, after calling , texting, my husband calling, texting , I had to call a different company to come out and found out that Sam from Liberty Heating and Air moved the water heater to a different spot and over the drain so now I have to have it moved because water is flooding the basement and we have to put overflow hose in a bucket. This is going to cost$$$ Avoid Sam and Liberty Heating and Air Ridgetop address. He isn't a reputable service. Sam if you see this review and are honorable and properly take care of the problem you caused we will alter the review to reflect your ethics in correcting your mistake. Otherwise.......the value for your service is minus several hundreds of dollars and your name is mud. Shame on you. Well ,Sam is a good guy after all I said. He called me back, went to the property resolved the issue which turned out not to be a mistake he made but rather our tenant moving the overflow drain out of the drain. The other company said the water heater needed to be moved. Sam showed me proof he hadn't moved the location of the water heater from its original spot that it sat on for over 20 years. The other company could have put the drain hose back in the drain but chose not to. Another story. We are happy satisfied customers! I'd recommend Sam he is honorable. A happy ending.....

I strongly recommend avoiding this company…read more We initially hired them to repair a plumbing leak. The repair was not done correctly, and the joint continued to leak. Although they stated their work was covered by a one-year warranty, when we called them back they simply attempted to smear additional PVC glue around the existing joint, which is not a proper repair and obviously did not solve the problem. After contacting them again, they returned and said a more extensive repair was required. At approximately 8:45 AM we were told the additional work would cost $200, which we approved. By the time they left around 3:30 PM, we were presented with a bill that was $700 more than the amount we approved, along with another hole cut into a different wall. They also performed work on our upstairs toilet that we never authorized. Unfortunately I had to leave partway through the day, but my girlfriend was home the entire time. Before I left after lunch, they told us everything was going well and that they were almost finished. At no point during the day did they contact us to approve additional work or inform us that the cost had increased dramatically. At best, this reflects a complete lack of transparency. At worst, it feels intentionally misleading and the stereotypical taking advantage of a woman. We were quoted one price in the morning, reassured midday that the job was nearly complete, and then presented with a significantly higher bill and additional work that was never discussed or approved. It was also troubling that these decisions were made without making any effort whatsoever to communicate the changes or obtain approval before proceeding. Between the failed initial repair, the improper "warranty fix," the lack of transparency, and the unauthorized work and charges, the experience was both costly and infuriating. I strongly encourage others to look for a plumbing company that operates with greater honesty and professionalism.

Mr. Rooter came right away. checked the stacks-fine. ran a camera cable video which THEY NEVER SHOWED US. Told us the entire lateral sewer line was completely collapsed for 64 feet FILLED AND JAMMED WITH TREE ROOTS. Told us the entire house floor (which was brand new) had to be jackhammered 5 feet deep for 64 feet which would destroy our: -half bath -adjoining bedroom -laundry room -front hall -entire kitchen destroying brand new cabinets, quart counter tops, brand new floor -continuing on to more demolishion of main bathroom (a total loss) -and ending halfway through my home office in short they said it was vital to jackhammer 64 feet long, 3 feet wide, 5 feet deep to the tune of $44,000+ and that was just the demolishion Not to mention $60,000 to rebuild walls, floors, rehabbing kitchen (again), 2 bathrooms, hallway, one bedroom, laundry room, and home office. They immediately had HAZMAT TEAM ON THE WAY for mold remediation (for a bucket full of sewer line water that was cleaned up immediately. Told us we had to move out for months "you cannot live here until project is finished" Biggest crock of all. They wanted to start jackhammering the next morning at 8:00 am, has Hazmat in the way, lied lied lied and said "AFTER WORK IS DONE WE WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY and Luke has 'a special way of wording things to get it and rebuild and hotel bill covered". so why didn't we call insurance company first then do the work? you know why....because they are CON ARTISTS. I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED EVERYTHING AND SAID I KNOW MY LEGAL RIGHTS AND I HAVE A 3-5 day "Right of Rescindsion" told them they we moving too fast and I wanted other opinions. get this... The following is a honest review of Aireserv Eureka a company that has stumbled in their service…read morenearly from the moment we bought an Amana HVAC unit from them in August of 2024. The original much more critical 1 star review is below and it is all still very true but they have as of mid August 2025 rectified some of their errors by honoring repairs and warranties that Amana refuses to honor. Does that completely erase all the errors that have been made along the road? Honestly no they do not, but I appreciate that they are currently doing their best to repair what was wrong. They very well might be a very good company but my wife and I's recent experience has been rocky at best. Update to a 3 -3.5 star rating. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW. : Based off of positive reviews on Yelp and Google my wife and I chose to buy a new HVAC unit from Aireserv Eureka in August of 2024. In no less than 3 MONTHS our unit broke down, something was literally smoking, due to a failure to install the unit properly. Then in March of 2025 we discovered that they installed a unit that for natural gas, which we do not have, instead of propane WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SINCE THE PIPES ARE APPARENTLY VERY DIFFERENT. So yet another overhaul was made. Then in June of 2025 we started to notice the coldest we could get the house was 75 degrees. So we called for another checkup and they "supposedly" fixed it, saying it had been improperly calibrated during installation. But one month later, in July, our unit broke down AGAIN. This time completely, leaving our house in the 90s. Now as I right this in August of 2025 THE HOTTEST PART OF THE YEAR they have yet to fix my unit. Week after week, yes you have read that correctly, it has been weeks since we called them to fix our unit, we have had to call them over 20 times. So far we are at week 3 and moving soon to 4. Airserve Eureka's horrible service has so far consistented of misdiagnosis, instillation of wrong parts, incorrect calibration of the unit, and long waits (4+ days) while a part ships. They have given an excuse for everything, always blaming someone else (Amana). According to them, none of this is their fault. They are playing the victim of corporate manufacturing. But, why would you want to reach out to a company who has no control over the services they offer? We then said, since there are so many issues with my unit from the start and I am still under warranty, why don't they just install a new unit. So far they have refused to honor the warranty because Amana won't. I'm not writing this bad review out of spite but as a civic duty to report incompetence in what is falsely sold as good. I hope those of you reading this heed my warning about Airserve Eureka. They are just plain terrible. UPDATE: In mid late August 2025. Aireserv Eureka decided to ignore Amana's horrible lack of honoring our warranty and installed a new RUUD unit. Let's hope this goes better than this last year's trials. I'd definitely not recommend Amana for a future HVAC regardless of the positive reviews they have online. Eureka honestly doesn't deserve a stellar 5 star review but they have tried to do right currently so perhaps they again as mentioned above deserve more a 3-3.5 Star rating.
