He also thoroughly checked the unit inside and gave recommendations to keep it running efficiently. The price was reasonable and there was no after-hours diagnostic fee that most companies charge. I was not given a price and I have never met this person. When I declined services due to these things I received "You want me to drive 45 mins spend 1-2 hrs testing the systems for free?" Brandon kept going on and on being demeaning, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was very hostile. I explained further I am not interested due to the cost as I would like to get several quotes and several I have spoken to do not charge a fee. To improve I think this company should meet with homeowners first not try to gain access to their home without them present and be transparent with pricing.
