Steve is a throwback to what great customer service once was in this country. I had on the surface what should of been a easy install of a hot water heater. Well after 3 water heaters and several hours of work spanning 2 days and with the help of Eric the electrician, Mario his brother in law and Drew his plumber friend Steve installed the water heater. it was a odd set up of the breakers that caused all the confusion .but Steve never gave up or just said that's it I'm done..He pressed on and did whatever he had to do to get the job done.I would hire Steve anytime to do my plumbing work as I know he will get the job done and done right. Sorry this post is late...back in March when STL had lost of rain. I came home from work to a broken sump pump!
