My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? After seeing ProSteam's great ratings on Angie's List for air duct cleaning, I called and was greeted warmly from the receptionist. She was helpful in providing a reasonable time for someone to come out to quote. We were getting our 2 HVAC units completely replaced so we wanted the air vents and ducts to be as clean as can be for the new systems. I received a call when they were 10-20 minutes out and they came out right on time. Two gentlemen (can't remember their names) were very friendly in providing us the free quote. After a thorough walk through, they worked up the pricing and we decided then and there to have them give us a call to schedule the service. This was on a Friday and sure enough on Monday, I received a prompt call to schedule the service to be done. They were able to get me in right before we were getting the A/C replaced so it was a clean as possible for the new units. Our appt. was set for between the hours of 4pm-7pm. Again the service tech called when he was on his way out. He arrived promptly at 4pm. Antoine was very friendly and also wearing a mask for those worried about how they handle Covid. He also wore little booties over his shoes to stay clean throughout the house. For being by himself, he knocked out the job in 2 hours. My husband and I were impressed! This bid was actually less than the competitors, and they had not been around as long as Harster! It was an easy choice. We scheduled to do the replacement in January. Jim and his team came out to do the install and addressed some additional needs to increase the air flow, make the existing unit up to proper code, and make the filter track so it fit filters appropriately. The last unit installation I'm sure was a DIY job or done by a less qualified company. Jim addressed all those issues. I was on a meeting when he was all finished and didn't get to go see the finished product until after he left. It was beautifully done and very neat.

Nothing was wrong with our air this was an annual cleaning the first guy did something and they will not take responsibility for it. The 3rd guy told us that they put way to much freon in the unit.

Patty came out to the office, and explained the entire process through all 4 of our units. The team was in our office for 2 evenings, while the office was closed. They were AMAZING! The technician said there was no reason for cutting 2 openings in the unit. We were very upset. Also, we had to replace several of the registers due to paint being scratched off by the Ductz employee. We also had to touch up the ceiling where black marks were made by the serviceman. Peters referred this company plus they had good reviews. So much for that. Per Peter's technician's request I did let them know not to refer Ductz any longer. Hopefully they listenened. Plus, it was expensive(over $900). All that and we haven't noticed any significant change in air quality. Very disappointed.
