Enter Excel, whose plumbers ten years ago installed a new bathroom and water supply lines throughout the house. This visit, Brad put together my drains in about an hour. I was able to test the guarantee, as another drip appeared shortly after Brad's Friday departure. When he returned on Monday, he found one of the new parts was cracked, which somehow made me feel better that I'm not the only one whose plumbing result isn't perfect. He said, "I can do that!" He measured the existing heaters, showed me some options for replacements, and ordered what we picked from a Canadian company. The ordering and delivery proved difficult (we were still seeing lots of supply chain and transportation issues all over the country) and Jeff stayed on top of the whole process, keeping us informed of delays, working out issues with the shipper. When the heaters finally arrived, Jeff and his team installed them in a morning, and hauled the old ones away. As usual, the work itself was expert. Billing for the work was exactly per the estimate.
