At first I decided to wait but called back 20 minutes later to have them come out. I was able to talk to the plumber, Ashton, before he came out. It was the sump pump. Can't say enough about what a great experience I had with them. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic and follow thru- they checked all the boxes and I am so appreciative that I found them. Woman I spoke to on the phone initially thought she could have someone out first thing tomorrow morning, but she must have sensed my panic haha and told me "they got me" and promised to find a way to get a truck out today. They followed thru-Cody and Jack arrived a couple hours later, diagnosed issue, presented three different solves at various price points and offered guidance on plus/ minus of each. We selected an option, and they installed by mid-afternoon, and taking the time to walk me thru the fix, how the new equipment works and what to watch for if future issues occur. Well done Embrich!

That's how we found out about Craig-Air, as they were the recommended local provider by them. We haven't always had the best customer service from our warranty management, but most of their contracted providers, once engaged, have been good. Craig was way better than good. We got a call from them first thing in the morning after the home warranty verification, saying they could be right out. We asked "how soon was that"...the technician, Mark, said "ten minutes". He was there in EIGHT. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and then explained to us what had happened and how it caused the water leakage, in layman's terms we understood just fine, and was in and out. I really appreciate the speedy service, the quality and efficiency of the work, the courtesy, but most especially, I appreciate the value added of Mark explaining to me the process and remedy without talking down to me as a non-mechanic homeowner. He didn't have to do that, even though it was only a few more minutes of his time. A company with professionals like Mark is a company I want to recommend.
