Woke up this morning to a sheen of water across my basement floor. Sump pump failure! Ran a list of local plumbers and found highly rated Embrich. Can't say enough about what a great experience I had with them. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic and follow thru- they checked all the boxes and I am so appreciative that I found them. Woman I spoke to on the phone initially thought she could have someone out first thing tomorrow morning, but she must have sensed my panic haha and told me "they got me" and promised to find a way to get a truck out today. They followed thru-Cody and Jack arrived a couple hours later, diagnosed issue, presented three different solves at various price points and offered guidance on plus/ minus of each. We selected an option, and they installed by mid-afternoon, and taking the time to walk me thru the fix, how the new equipment works and what to watch for if future issues occur. On June 10th we had 3 toilets replaced by embrich plumbing. The same morning I noticed water in the basement coming from the air conditioner. A hvac service representative was sent out named Joe, he looked at the ac and it was frozen solid. If I recall correctly it was one of our first 100 degree days and no a/c. Moments later my husband came home and had to be rushed to the hospital for an emergency surgery. I was never told clearly if I would have a resolution for the a/c bc in my brief encounter with Joe, he said he could not effectively resolve the a/c issue. I had to leave to take my husband to the hospital. So no action was taken or we did not use this company because I had a sick family member and could not be present at home because all of my time was needed at the hospital and my young child. We paid the bill full and clear. Even signed up for a monthly membership. Fast forward to today, I have a huge leak in my primary shower, I called to have a team member come out and take a look. They told me that would not be servicing my home because I was rude to Joe. I was NEVER was rude, I may have been panicking but was never rude. I had a family emergency that had to be dealt with. I Did not have time to talk about all 3 of my ac units and wait for another more seasoned team member to come out to detect the problem and resolve the situation. I was texted by the owner for a follow up that day, but as mentioned, I was right smack in the middle of a family emergency that took precedence over anything else. No further contact was made to me. I was just cut off my membership with no notice and the customer care manager told me that they were no longer willing to service my home because Joe thought I was rude. Wow. Just wow. Every other team member (I have had 3-4 embrich contractors come to the house with a great experience, turns out one bad apple will spoil the bunch. Hate to give a bad review but what an embarrassing and humiliating experience. With embrich, expect to be judged and unfairly treated with no human empathy or care. I guess there is no team in membership. Very disappointing and very unfortunate. Talk about rude. read more

Great experience with this company! Drew & Chandler were great to work with. Neither try to squeeze money out of you, & instead inform you of the best route + next steps while also walking you through what it all means. Will definitely be getting my business again when it's needed! Initial call - incredible. Described my problem & immediately she was checking to see if someone could come out & they did!! Same day! Embrich did everything right, except unfortunately one very big thing that knocked them down 2 stars. They were on time, professional, courteous, and produced high quality work. The thing they did not do well for us is called price gouging. We absolutely could not believe the price tag for what was done! We had 2 kitchen faucets replaced that WE supplied. The job took less than 2 hours, and we were charged $946. In other words, $500 per hour for labor. Seriously? Does Embrich charge everyone $500/hr.? Extremely disappointed in this and made me question their claim to "integrity". If you are considering using them, beware of outrageous price tags! read more

We came home from work last night to a wet basement. Embrich was amazing! They were up front about the cost of an after hours call and gave me options. At first I decided to wait but called back 20 minutes later to have them come out. I was able to talk to the plumber, Ashton, before he came out. It was the sump pump. He was clear on pricing and didn't make us feel any pressure. He replaced it, gave us tips for insurance and left things cleaner than when he got there. Amazing experience! read more

Charged me $262 to install a kitchen faucet that took 20 minutes to do, meaning they charged me $786/hour for the labor. They wouldn't give me a ballpark estimate over the phone before they came out, and I just wanted it done by the time they were able to get here. I did agreed to the price before they started work, so bad on me, but I later called back to complain about feeling ripped off, and they said that's their flat rate, they weren't going to do anything about it. read more

I called Embrich Plumbing to service my water heater. The person who answered my call was friendly and accommodating. The technician that came to my home (Chase) was very polite and knew his stuff. He installed a new A.O. Smith water heater and he did a great job with the installation. It was very clean and professional work and was done quickly. I plan to use them again if I have any plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work Embrich Team! On a Sunday afternoon we had a pipe leak from our tub/shower, but it was inside the wall and we couldn't get to it. This was causing the pipe to leak into our basement. Since Embrich was a member of the Troy/Maryville Chamber, I gave them a call. The lady that answered the call took all the information down and said someone would call us back. A guy called us very shortly and said he would be at our home in about an hour. He said he would call when he was about 15 minutes away and he kept his word. A young guy showed up, quickly diagnosed our problem, and gave us a couple options with pricing along with the worst case scenario. He explained everything so thoroughly. The work was done quickly and he was very professional. We were a little apprehensive about using this company because we chose them based on the fact they were Chamber members. We did know they were a family business and like to support local small businesses. I would highly recommend this company. They are honest and extremely efficient.
