JD Drain was referred to me by Barth Plumbing. I called them both on Friday of the Labor Day Weekend. I had to leave a message, but John called me back later in the day and told me the earliest he could get to me was Monday (Labor Day)! Desperate to get it fixed, I agreed. John arrived on time with his truck that has everything!! He went to work cleaning out the mess, then started with the diagnostics. He was here for nearly three hours, but when he left, I knew what next steps I had to take. He installed the new sump pump, cleared out the remnants of the mess and cleaned up the area. He absolutely left my sump pump area much cleaner than before he came. When it came time to settle the bill, I wrote the check for the amount he quoted on the phone. Because this problem will be resolved with the recommendations he made, I don't expect to have to call him again, but if I do, I won't hesitate.
