While the company is replacing the unit, the amount of time, hassle, and frustration involved -- especially at this price point -- was not worth it. I would not recommend this company.

This flange prevents water from going into the ceiling space below the bathroom and raining down into the room below (yes this was happening). I also had to get a leaking trap fixed that they installed. This was a $100k gutted bathroom that I am now spending thousands more on to correct their bad plumbing work. Avoid, avoid avoid.
