The fireplace installer just had to hook up to the gas line placed by Arch. I highly recommend Arch plumbing for their cooperation, price, patience and work quality. Arch came out on Thursday and gave me a bid (reasonable considering my short time frame), then returned the following Monday and installed the gas line. Both (Arch & fireplace installer) came the same day and worked together very professionally. I am grateful for the peace of mind their work gave me. Thank you Arch !!! All in- $500 just in service fees- this was almost a month ago- I've asked for an invoice to be sent to us- still nothing- my mother in law has a toilet sitting in her yard still for over a month that was promised to be picked up- I would not suggest using this company- very professional and good talking- but they sure don't walk the walk- Do better- especially for our Senior citizens

Another company we called wasn't able to work us in, but they recommended Steve, and said he was experienced, honest, and fair. That was exactly the case! He worked us in quickly, fixed our sewage blockage in less than an hour, didn't throw a lot of extra things in to boost the cost, and charged a VERY reasonable price. Very friendly and explained everything he was doing so that I...a new, first-time homebuyer...could learn more about our house's system. With an older house in the city--there are a lot of quirks! Steve wasn't deterred. We would 100% call him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

We wanted to love them, based on their reviews…read more I've been using the same plumber for years, but they were recently bought out, so we tried this spot as I try to support local. The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went. Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us. Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication. We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.
