I was introduced to Jeremy originally 1-2 years ago when he was a subcontractor with a different company. During this time, Jeremy missed the appointment with the insurance inspector and my claim was denied. Jeremy reassured me he would work with the insurance company for a reinspection then stopped responding to messages. He reappeared at my door months later--unannounced. He explained that he was working for himself and would love to move forward. His explanation for disappearing was 1) a diabetes diagnosis and 2) he was no longer with the company due to unethical business practices. I told Jeremy I would let him know if I wanted to do business. He continued texting me to replace my roof after I made it clear I was not interested. I thought I finally got rid of him, until he showed up at my house--unannounced AGAIN, now working with this company.
