DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH Kramer Roofing! They have wiped BBB site clean of all bad reviews and complaints and changed the address. Trying to hide their shady business practices. Actually set up an entirely new profile to deceive new suckers. They took down old info and started over with different address not in STL but Jnsbrg, MO. I signed in Oct 2025, they have ignored me ever since. When I call any number and write to any email, I get false excuses for the delay. No one will speak to me. Something is going down with this company, and it's being covered up and lied about. They took my money (and many others) and have provided absolutely nothing in return but lies for last 10 months. Look at BBB (2 diff profiles to cover up the BS) and many other negative online reviews. Many, many stories just like mine. DO NOT USE KRAMER ROOFING! read more

I waited a year for a refund from Kramer. I only received a partial refund after being told I would receive a FULL refund. They call from Minneapolis yet the owner here claims he's not affiliated with them. Then when I call the same number is now called ruby roofing off a roofing company in Kansas City named Ruby. They are also known as a companies such as, Elysian Construction and Magis construction in Minneapolis. These people are not on the up and up. I just want the rest of my deposit so I can pay for my roof. I don't know why they feel entitled to my money and the only work they did was collect the check and cash it, and they cashed it via mobile phone. Camille metty and Chris Haqq worked at Elysian Construction and Magis construction in Minneapolis. Mike Antenello Mohammed, Sam Kramer, Samuel Plunkett. Jon Kramer claims not to be affiliated. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took five months and countless broken promises just to get the roofing work completed. The company agreed to amend my contract, but despite that agreement, they were still paid the full amount. I am now trying to get the overpayment refunded, and instead of resolving the issue, they are refusing to return my money. I even filed a complaint, and their response was that I owe them money. After months of delays, broken promises, and being given the runaround, I ultimately amended my contract because I wanted nothing more to do with this company. I work hard for my money, and I should not have to fight to get back money that was overpaid after the contract was amended. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Make sure you carefully review your contract, payments, and any changes in writing before doing business with them. Definitely SCAMMERS read more

Gave deposit of $7,737.80 on 6/26/25 and deposited on 6/27/25 at Star Bank. I have copy of deposit slip. Permit was not pulled until 5/22/26. Permit has no information in Contractors section and has different name, email and contact person listed. I called public works and was told I can pull permit anytime I want. I've requested copy of Liability Insurance and have received none. They changed Statement of Work Agreement without my knowledge. I have copy of that too. Changed date, my signature, and representative's name. I sent them original and the one where it was changed. Jen sent the forged one to me by accident. They have an F rating with BBB with an alert stating not affiliated with company in Johnsburg. The one in Jonesburg has a A+ rating with an alert stating not affiliated with on in St. Louis. I spoke to John Kramer owner of one in Jonesburg. He states not affiliated and his company and is ruining his company. When I brought this to Jen's, Camille's, Pat's, Nina's and Mike's attention their response was he has health concerns. Don't know why he's saying that. Now they added yet another excuse. Really? I appreciate your patience and we're committed to completing your job. If I had a $1.00 for every time I got that in writing via email, I'd be reach. I've sent 37 emails and made 57 calls. Yes I actually contacted them. Per legal counsel I was told to record all phone conversations. This is legal so long as you tell them they are being recorded. My new deadline is end of August. I will keep you posted. 14 months later. I don't trust them with a ten foot pole. Told them not allowed on my property without documents of Liability Insurance and Roofers Bond Certificate. I put No Tresspassing signs up and I have cameras. I also requested copy of material list so I can confirm upon delivery. I have heard nothing. My suggestion is get everything in email or record conversations with their knowledge for it to stand up in court per legal counsel. Never use them. Never give them money. They're storm chasers. Stay away. read more

HORRIBLE! I have been waiting for 2 years, they took my insurance companies money and then nothing. Not only that but they are now lying to the Better Business Bureau about our communications. They never communicate and any time I talk to them I get a vague "I'll get back to you..." then nothing. read more

Absolute AWFUL! Signed a contract with them in July 2025, sent them a 50% deposit in August 2025. That was supposed to get me in the work queue that was four to six weeks long. Despite repeated phone calls, voicemails, etc. I was never given a start date. In February 2026, I signed a notice of cancellation and requested my money be refunded. Now it's March 2026 - no roof, no refund and no reply from Kramer. Avoid, avoid, avoid! read more

SCAM. They will knock on your door, say they were in the area and saw something wrong with your roof, and ask to take a look. Once you hand over a deposit for a new roof from your insurance, they will ghost you. We've talked to Jen, Pat and everyone else over there for 18 months. Now we've asked for our $5k back, they have stopped answering and calling back. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. We're now going to small claims court! read more

This company is a scam . We have been waiting 5 months for a roof . Today they tell us it'll be another 2 to 3 weeks before maybe give us a start date We Gave them a large deposit now when we request a refund since they have done NOTHING, they want to keep 15% .. they are just working hustles on insurance company's steeling customers down payments .. I can't leave negative stars so I have to leave one read more

DO NOT use this company!!! They cashed our $6100 check & 8 months later still no new roof. Many broken 'dead lines,' &follow-ups. Very hard to get ahold of anyone in general. instead of handling this issue they've passed me around from one person to the next. Been handed to Mike, pat, Jen, Mario & the list girs on. They won't give our money back Staying we signed a contract with them. Where is their commitment & service!??? read more

I had my roof replaced by Kramer Roofing, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Yes, there were some delays due to weather and scheduling, but I completely understand -- these things happen, and I was willing to wait because I wanted the job done right. Their team was professional, knowledgeable about insurance claims, and provided a detailed photo report that made the process easy. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. I feel confident in the quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company read more

Fantastic experience! We had a bit of a delay due to weather, supply issues and labor however we were willing to wait for it to be done by quality professionals. Crew was very professional and communicated with me the whole time. I definitely will recommend my friends for their services! read more

Kramer Roofing did our roof 10 years ago. At the time, the never completed the work and we ended up in small claims court with them. During the install, they tried to get away with not replacing the roofing felt, but my neighbor (a general contractor himself) saw them using the old felt and called them out on this. They then went ahead and replaced it. Now, hail damage has me getting a new roof again and I've gotten inspections done by two different roofers. Both have told me that the prior roofer did a really poor job, damaged my chimney flashing and did a jerry-rig fix that needs to be all torn out and done correctly. So on top of the dishonesty and low quality work, the owner of the company is very rude and not at all someone you want to work with. Stay away, there are plenty of other reputable roofers in the area to go with that won't screw you over like these guys. read more

Idk what this business is doing, but I've never searched for, been to, or patronized this business and they show up as a marked location in my maps (some times with a date and time appointment attached). If this is some kind of marketing gimmick or hack it sucks. There is no way to remove it from my maps. read more

RUDE cold callers to a number that is on the do not call register. They spoof their phone number so you can't call them back. They used horribly foul language when they woke me up and call me all sorts of unprintable names. So professional. Yeah right I would hire someone like that read more
