Wow. Wow. Wow. Let me start by saying Bill, Russell, and Craig are incredible! We have had the original windows on our house since it was built, aluminum junk that just let the air conditioning escape so I called up Dalco after a referral. Bill was the first of three companies to come out and give us a quote. He knew everything! The construction and window aspect of things, whereas the other companies only knew windows. When you buy new windows for an old house you need someone who knows the construction in case there's water damage or anything else and Bill gave me the confidence that Dalco would take care of us. We are absolutely in love with our windows! They replaced 7 windows with just two guys and were outta here by 1:30pm. I highly recommend this company because of Bill, Russell and Craig. Thank you guys!

The crew was polite, cleaned up nicely and were very good at getting square windows to fit in an old house where nothing is square.

I'm sitting on my daughter-in-laws deck chatting about how they signed a contact to redo their roof…read moreand gutters after hail damage. THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED IN JULY OF 2025 AND IT IS NOW MAY OF 2026 AND NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. It wouldn't be a problem IF they hadn't given them a very significant deposit (over $6,000.00 that the insurance company tendered) as they could just hire someone else. But, the company just keeps making excuses and the work goes undone. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS NOT TO GIVE ANYONE A PENNY UNTIL THEY DROP OFF THE MATERIALS OR START THE JOB!

That inspection was completed on May 7, 2025. An insurance adjuster inspected the roof the following day, May 8, 2025, and confirmed that there was hail and wind damage. We signed a contract with Pro Installation Design & Build Co, working with Tom Kumpis, on May 21, 2025 to complete the repairs. At that time, we were told the project would begin within 8-10 weeks, placing the anticipated start and completion between July 16 and July 30, 2025. We also paid an $8,000 deposit. That timeframe passed without any work beginning. Communication regarding delays was minimal, and the projected start date was repeatedly pushed back--from July to August, then September, and eventually October. Nearly all communication regarding scheduling and material ordering was initiated by us. In December 2025, we finally received a call from Pro Installation Design & Build Co indicating that materials would be ordered, with an anticipated start date in January. This timeline also passed without progress. On February 7, 2026, I called and left a message requesting an updated timeline but did not receive a response. My husband later received text messages stating that our home was next on the list for material ordering. On May 5, 2026, I left messages with both the office manager and Tom Kumpis requesting an update. Tom returned my call, apologized for the delays, and stated they hoped to order materials by the end of the following week. He also requested the remaining insurance funds for the project. During this call, I informed him that there is now an opening in our roof, allowing water to enter, and that animals have taken up residence in that area. He provided contact information for another individual and advised me to follow up. This entire process has been extremely frustrating, and despite nearly a year passing since signing the contract, our roof has still not been repaired.

After a successful and responsive refinishing project I had high hopes for painting of my interior…read morehome. All started well enough, and we got things started. I was under the impression that these were direct employees of his, his crew. Basically he was acting as a general contractor that hired another company or hired some people looking for work. Not really sure here. I realize I made some changes, but they were clear and written in a revised proposal. I didn't want the doors painted, then I got a phone call that they were painted. Sure, he didn't charge me for this, but that is proper after all. I didn't want the trim painted, and paid for that, because I missed it in the proposal. My fault. They also painted the hardware for opening/closing the windows, those were metal and need the proper paint, I did have them take that off. The house didn't have flooring in, so I was asked about drop cloths, I said use them but don't worry too much about a few paint splatters. However, I did indicate that I wasn't removing the slate flooring and to be careful. Here is a big fail, many paint spots. He tried to have them clean it up. Now the floor is sticky, you can here the soles of your shoes and feel it too. He tried cleaning that up, when it wasn't done, he offered to do it again. I really felt he had done enough. I'm still trying to find a way to clean this up, because it's sticky any dust or what not sticks to it. It's really upsetting, as I loved this detail. I will look to bring in some professionals and see what this will set me back. There's also spots on the bathroom floors, which were also said that I wasn't removing. And those doors that were painted, they weren't dry and were closed, now that paint has popped off, so I have to touch that up, or maybe just start replacing doors. I realize also this review is a year since the work was done, I was in the middle of doing the rest of the work this last year. I almost considered them for doing the kitchen rehab. I really feel I dodged a bullet there. Noah, is a nice man, I think his intentions are good. However, the whole interior project was a mess, left me very frustrated, and I have projects left to do because of it. I don't think he checked up on the work as it was being done, and I don't think he looked at it after until I contacted him. Paint shouldn't have been on that slate, nor should you stick to your floor. I also had to point on paint spots on light fixtures, that should've been cleaned. Just no.

Overall, I highly recommend MyHouse, and they're the only contracting and construction company I will be using from now on!
