He put me on the schedule for two day later, but messaged me the next day to ask if he could come that afternoon. So, service was quick! Dontae came on time, got set up and did a great job on my skylights! Because it only took about 20 minutes, he washed several other windows to fill in the time. Top Clean has a new system that involves neither. They have a 4 filter system that takes all the chemicals out of the equation, and believe it or not, the windows looked great with no chemicals or soaps involved. Screen cleaning is included in the price. Their extension pole system can reach 4 stories. They were all kind, considerate, and respectful of my property. I will be using them again!

He actually answered his phone and came to my house within an hour of the phone call. Jim is easy to work with and super thorough when making up the estimate. I initially hired him to simply power wash and stain both the deck and porch. First, it was super-hot outside for many days and Jim showed up early every morning to start the work. He respects and protects your property. Jim had all the right equipment, chemicals and crew to get the job done. The deck was built in 2012 and had never been stained and I was shocked to see the beautiful difference from filthy wood to clean wood. As hot as it was outside, Jim came every day with a smile and meticulously power washed any spot he missed. He's a perfectionist at heart. Secondly, Jim has a good knowledge of his stain products for the job. He recommended a product especially for the unstained wood. He also had the perfect color that I wanted. Once the first stain coat went down, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the deck and porch looked. Neighbors stopped to say how nice everything looked. Third, I was so happy with the way Jim completed this huge undertaking during the heatwave. Before he left for the day, I asked him if was available to power wash and stain both my 10 X 10 shed and 30 foot fence. He took this project on as well in the scorching heat. (I provided a cooler full of cold water, Gatorade and umbrellas so he and his crew wouldn't pass out.) All of the wood matches and looks fabulous. Lastly, after all of the power washing and staining, I mentioned cleaning my driveway. He does that too! I hired him for job number four. With precision and attention to detail, Jim used cleaners to power wash the driveway and double sealed all of the cracks. After the products dried, he returned to lay a super sealant that remains black. It's been one year now and the driveway looks like new. I love the way Jim worked. He has excellent work ethics.
