If they screw something up and say they will be back... you can count on a no show, no call, and the silent treatment. As someone who has spent north of ~40k, it's sad. You wouldn't expect that from Mike. Still have the red wax and colored caulk smeared all over my new deck boards and face boards. They did make sure to soak it with gasoline before leaving. Thats awesome on composite. Like Mike says, "just hide it with WD40 if it still shows." I'd love to remove this. I'd love to have him call me back. If you see this and are considering using him and he picks up the call. Ask about me. Tell him I'd love a call back. Respect is earned just like reputation. Sad. Mike if you see this, don't worry about sealing the colored and stamped concrete I had you do under the deck. You can keep the money. I got it taken care of. If you needed to borrow money you should've just asked. Taking advantage of people is the wrong way. Karma sucks, I hope you work it out.

We were very excited about what we heard from Mike, so we hired them. We were given a time frame that they would start, but it ended up being several months later. That winter was an extremely cold one. No problem! We also agreed that they would take down the leaning part of the fence right away. They did not do that. As a result, we received a violation notice from the city. Mike was nice enough to contact the city and let them know we had hired them and came and took down the leaning part. Fast forward a few months later, they finally get the fence up. Shortly thereafter there was an issue. We were told we have a 7 year warranty, so we called them. After multiple calls, they came out and fixed it. Great! Currently, one of my gates is literally falling apart. So, of course we reached out to Mike again. My husband initially reached out to Mike at the beginning of last year. He told my husband, they were behind again because of the weather, but they would take care of us. Great! No problem! Quite a bit of time passed so we started reaching out to Mike again. We texted and called all of last year and have not received any kind of response. I don't typically do reviews, but to be completely non-responsive is not ok. Unfortunately, they do not honor their word, so we will have to find another company to fix our fence. I really hate that they have chosen to do business this way. I would not recommend them.

We had some minor issues and they came back immediately to fix everything. They have a great warranty system and all their parts are made in the US, so they're not affected with supply issues like parts made overseas. Everytime I schedule an appointment with them, I immediately get a text message and email notifying me of the appointment. Additionally, as soon as a technician is on their way to my house I get an email and a text message with a photo of who is on their way, their photo, and a short, personal snippet of information about the technician. It makes me feel like I know who is coming over.

A week passed and as of Thursday At 5:30pm, no part but he would send me the tracking number. Didn't receive it. Friday at 7:19am, I receive a text that he will be out between 3-5pm. He arrives, spent about 15minutes and comes to the front door and asks if I've got cool air. I couldn't feel any coming out but he is taller than me and reaches up and says, yeah it's cooling off. Then he high tails it out of here. I'm in the kitchen which we put a window ac in during all this so I assume it's cooling down. My husband comes in and walks into the living room and says it's hot in here. The thermostat showed it hadn't cooled off any. I immediately texted him, no response. I went on line to my home warranty company and reported it, which showed it as a recall. Saturday morning I contacted the home warranty company and they called the contractor. He told them it would be the next Friday before he could get back here. I told them it was unacceptable. By Monday, I did not receive any confirmation from the tech's system that even have an appt so I called home warranty again. While I am talking with them and not getting any where, my husband comes in and hears what's going on and says I will go outside and see if he even replaced the part. He comes back in with pictures. The part has not been replaced, there are still cobwebs that are undisturbed on the screws and the exterior panel has not even been completely put back on. Home Warranty company is reviewing the pictures and looking for someone else that can get out here asap.

Having an air conditioner break is never fun: it's a substantial unexpected expense and usually…read morecomes at a time where the need for cooling and humidity reduction is the greatest. Also, it's a substantial expense! That said, what should a person expect? If a repair job by a handyman is selected, then one gets what one pays for. If a person opts in favor of an established company selling quality products, the expectation it that a job should be done professionally and in a reasonable time-frame, and that the customer should feel good about both the hardware quality and workmanship. Describing the expectation is important because BELOMAN exceeded it in almost every regard. 1) They use Carrier systems, which was the brand of condenser I replaced. Not only are the new units much nicer (despite not being top-of-the-line or anything fancy), but the coil inside my house is MUCH nicer. The original home manufacturer used a generic coil on the inside, which is the only kind I'd ever seen, so the complete Carrier system was nicer than my expectations. 2) When they arrived to do the install, there were two complications: that the unit wouldn't fit on the house-bracket (so it needed the ground plate) and that the nice inside coil was a bit wider and needed custom transitions to fit properly. No problem for BELOMAN! They had the common base on-hand, and metal workers took measurements, coming back from their shop with perfectly sized adapters to complete the professional installation. 3) My home has two furnaces, so I was quoted two days to complete the installation (two A/Cs onto existing furnaces). Additionally, I was informed that the personnel could not complete the outdoor soldering and electrical work if there were thunderstorms. Knowing that storms were predicted for the second installation day, two extra people arrived in the morning to accelerate the installation! This all-hands-on-deck approach (including someone who I overheard mentioning that he could only help for an hour before he had to be at another appointment) was truly exceptional. I'm sure don't always have capacity to do that, but to know that they will when they can. 4) As my air conditioning was failing, I had researched many methods to try and keep my house cooler. This left me with several questions about how best to use the new system moving forward. They took ample time to answer them and look at various ducts about which I had questions. They did not, at any point, seem rushed or bothered by taking the time to help me. In addition, they provided thoughtful responses that made me appreciate their time and knowledge (and they still finished ahead of schedule)! 5) The person who came to the house also did a great job listening to my needs and designing a solution that would accommodate. 6) On top of all this, they were genuinely nice people. They were mindful of my dog when coming in and out of the house (petting him even), and even asked about the project I was working on in my garage. Together, all this made me feel that the whole team really was invested in me, my home, and of course my air conditioning. I don't know if there's anything else they could have done to make the experience more enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job, done right, the first time, by great professionals.
