Nothing was actually fixed. I trusted them because I saw their commercials everywhere and figured a company that big would know what they were doing. I was wrong. They came in, did their "assessment," and told me exactly what needed to be done. I paid for two walls to be repaired. When it was done, I thought the nightmare was finally over. It wasn't. The water still comes in at every edge; it's the exact same places they told me they were sealing. When I actually looked at what they'd done, it wasn't a real repair at all. It looked like plastic sheeting stapled up behind the wall. For $30,000. I am a senior, and I feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed by this company. Now there's mold growing in my basement because of their failed work. I have a tenant living there, and she is pregnant. Black mold is not something you can ignore; it's a real health risk for her and her baby. This wasn't a minor issue. This should have been fixed correctly the first time for that kind of money. I am so disappointed and honestly disgusted. I trusted a company with a name that sounds official and reliable, "Foundation Recovery Systems," and instead I got a sloppy, careless, incomplete job that left my home in worse shape than before, with a health hazard on top of it.
