Heritage is always extremely responsive, professional, and timely. They have provided routine maintenance on our HVAC systems for years and when it was time to replace the AC unit and furnace motor, they gave us a great deal, got the parts quickly, and were back within a week to install everything. We had some minor issues and they came back immediately to fix everything. They have a great warranty system and all their parts are made in the US, so they're not affected with supply issues like parts made overseas. Everytime I schedule an appointment with them, I immediately get a text message and email notifying me of the appointment. Additionally, as soon as a technician is on their way to my house I get an email and a text message with a photo of who is on their way, their photo, and a short, personal snippet of information about the technician. It makes me feel like I know who is coming over. read more

Heritage installed new air conditioners a few years ago. Excellent and responsive service. A different company didn't impress me during initial troubleshooting when the old units were having issues, so I called Heritage. They're diagnostic equipment was much higher quality and the installs went smoothly. read more

Heritage has been consistently punctual and thorough maintaining our HVAC. Freddie, the technician here recently was punctual, amicable and entirely professional. I was especially grateful for Freddie's demeanor. After a late night working, I was awoken by the doorbell after Freddie had shown up right on time for the scheduled morning appointment and he had to wait at the door for several minutes for me to rouse. Freddie did two tours of duty in Iraq and is an Army veteran. Great people, great service. read more

Received an estimate from Heritage Heating and Cooling and said they would be back do the repairs the following business day but NEVER SHOWED UP. I had to call to get them back out and then they refused to repair the flu for the estimate ($300) unless I replaced the furnace for $6,000.00. I'm a senior citizen and the technician tried to scare me by saying I was going to get carbon monoxide poisoning or burn the house down if I didn't replace the furnace. I haven't lost my mind yet and all I can say is they must have written their own 5 star reviews. read more

We recently had a leak in our unit. Heritage came out right away and diagnosed the problem. They were able to fill it up with freon, but the bad news is we needed a new system. They told us about a two stage furnace which is supposed to be better for our type of weather and bi level homes. Heritage removed and installed everything within a few hours. I am very impressed! Our upstairs has never been able to cool off beyond about 80 degrees. Now it is actually a degree lower than the bottom level. These guys know their stuff and are diligent. My elderly father-in-law's furnace went out the night before New Years Eve 2017 and the temperature outside is in the single digits. I called Heritage at 8 am the next morning. They came same day, very reasonable price. Ended up having to get a new furnace, which we expected, it was an old furnace. Their quote was very good! Our AC went out days before the start of a predicted heat wave. Heritage was out the same day to evaluate our AC. They had to order parts, but came out on a Saturday to install them. Turns out that part wasn't the problem, so they gave us a few options including the price and warrenty length to help us make the best decision. We decided to replace the AC unit and coils instead of putting a band-aid on it. They gave us a very reasonable quote and time frame, especially considering it was Saturday. They came out Monday when they said they would be there and got the entire install done in less than 2 hours. They charged us the amount quoted. The owner, Jim, even called us Monday night to make sure everything was working and the house was cooling down. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to do business with them in the future. read more
