Guy's son Jay was the primary installer, along with a helper; they were polite, clean, neat, and efficient. Guy got them started, and came back to check work, and wrap things up. Upon further information, we found that B & W initially installed the existing furnace. We called them and they promptly came out, looked over the unit, went over everything, showing my husband that what we were told by the other company was not correct information. The ordered a small part and came back today and got everything taken care of in a timely manner! What would have cost us approximately $10,000.00, cost a mere $300.00. He comes in , was totally rude and tells me to show him what's going on. His posture was horrible, and attitude was bland and very uncomfortable. Long story short, he didn't fix the problems I asked him to fix and he was rushing! He scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday, 05/06/2026, 8am-noon because he didn't have time or feel like doing what I needed done that day. I paid for the service ahead of time because he wanted payment that moment. Wednesday the day of the service, I heard absolutely nothing from the company. I called them to make sure someone was coming, they said they'd call me back. Nothing for two hours. Called them again, 2:00pm, they said they'd be out soon. The furnace flue pipe was installed so crooked it could potentially leak carbon monoxide and will have to be replaced. The condensate drain line has to be taken apart, allowing water to leak on the floor, in order to exchange the filter. The company fabricated a sheet metal cap for the air filter exchange point that leaks thereby creating a constant system negative pressure air loss. I would not recommend this contractor.
