I cannot say enough about the "EXCELLENT SERVICE" that was given to us by Bertels & Co Heating and Cooling! I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that Tim, John and Travis provided. Bertels replaced our furnace and air conditioner in one day! They explained everything well and left no question unanswered. They were very friendly and the price he charged was more than reasonable. They were on time, ready to work and when they left the work area was spotless! They made the whole process painless. I highly recommend Bertels & Co Heating and Cooling. This is the first time I looked for a local company for our A/C that was having problems. When I called, Bertels didn't give us the usual 3-4 hour window of when they would be out. They gave us a specific time, and they arrived bang on time. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and checked/cleaned our indoor and outdoor units. He spent a good hour working and to say the price he charged was reasonable was an understatement. Goodbye to the big companies, we will be using Bertels from now on!!!! Lucky to have found them. read more

Bertels replaced our air conditioner and furnace in one day. They were very professional and friendly. He answered every question we had and made showed us how to work the new thermostat. When they were done, they cleaned up the area very well. They did an excellent job. read more
