If you live in Illinois, you need to call Morrison for your plumbing and HVAC needs. They offer…read morefriendly and professional service. Morrison is also affordable! That was a big selling point for me. I had a clogged kitchen sink and had tried to fix it myself. Well, that did not work out so I called Morrison. I am so glad that I did. They were prompt and efficient! The technician did a great job and fixed my problem. He also gave me sound advice to prevent the issue from happening again. I will always call Morrison Plumbing from now on when I have plumbing and HVAC issues.

Tech arrived unprepared to replace because apparently I am unable to figure out that not having hot water come out of the faucet, and water leaking out from under the water heater, is because the water heater died. So, the tech verified that the wet stuff around the base was actually water, asked if I had any hot water coming out, took a picture, stated it was no longer under warranty, wrote up a replacement order which, my bad here, I didn't review but I did approve. Well, it was for a 50-gallon water heater, not an 80-gallon water heater. HMMMM...my word against his as to what we asked for. Two techs came out the next day, told my wife she did not need to come down to the basement area, went downstairs for a couple of hours using the back stairway up into the garage to come and go. Came to her at the the end, said they were done, tested it, and had her sign the papers. No, she didn't check the work so was unable to ask why the smaller water heater. I come home from work and go down to check things out and to my surprise I see the smaller water heater. They say, call us if you are not satisfied and we will make it right. Well, their idea of making it right was to charge us another nearly $2,000 to put in the larger water heater. Simply said, well, you signed for it and your wife signed for the actual work. Talked to Jaime, service manager, who offered up that they are definitely more expensive than others and is she right or what? Over $3,000 for a 50-gallon, with my service plan discount and a military discount, and well over $5,000 for an 80-gallon. Called around and was quoted just over $3,000 for an 80-gallon, and that is what I wish I knew then that I know now. Service was not better than anyone else but their cost is ridiculous! Highly recommend going with anyone else other than Morrison!

Moved into home about 45 days ago with new furnace that was installed over the summer. I had…read moreinitial questions about the unit. Called Bel- Air multiple times in September without answer to either phone number from the original invoice. Verified against Yelp and listed numbers online. Voicemails left without return. About 2 weeks ago, turned heating on. No warm air flowing so tried contacting again without answers. Contacted a different HVAC company who saw burned wiring requiring replacement parts. Fortunately parts were included under warranty but Forced to pay labor costs. Now they noticed there is a wiring issue where the initial set up that was done presents a fire hazard. An electrician has come out and says that separate wiring needs to be ran in order for the voltage to be safely transmitted. This was probably avoided before because of the extra steps and cost. But if this isn't fixed, the same issue could arise with burnt wiring and possibly start a fire in my house. At this point I'm so disappointed that a company would do this. It's the last thing I should be worrying about as I am moving to a new area and starting a new job.

Number six was Bel-Air heating and cooling and I hired him on the spot within the first 3 minutes of meeting him. The work started the next day and by the end of the day around 4:00 p.m. my system was up and running. The guys did a great job, price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that had to be done. Now all I hear is my Honeybun complaining she's cold. I HIGHLY recommend Bel-Air heating and cooling and when my furnace needs replaced I will definitely call them. My system is only 3 to 4 weeks old but is getting a good workout going through this heatwave and so far my system Rocks!!! Recommendations from people are not given they're EARNED so do your research. I did and it paid off. GREAT JOB Bel-Air Heating and Cooling!!!!
