Winner's Choice Detailing did an amazing job getting the dog hair out of our seats and floorboards and it looked amazing! They were also quick and had great customer service from the moment we walked in. Truly though, let me tell you about why we will be lifelong customers of Winner's Choice Detailing. We noticed after we received the car back that the driver's side visor mirror was shattered. We were unsure if it had happened during the detailing or if we had accidentally done it ourselves somehow. But as they did not document the damage, they offered to order us a replacement part, for which we were grateful. Not only did they order us the part but they installed it and didn't charge us! Now that's customer service! We won't go to anyone else and I encourage you if you're living in the Collinsville area to use Winner's Choice for your detailing needs.

I called Russ's on a Tuesday to see if they had any openings later in the week. They got me in on that Friday. My wife's car is black with black carpet and black leather seats. We have two dogs that ride in the car quite often. Lets just say there was a lot of dog hair. Russ's was able to get every bit of the hair out! The car looked like it did the day we bought it. They even detailed the engine! My wife was very happy which makes me a happy. All of this for $155 plus tip. They even called a few days later to see if we were happy with their service. You can't beat that deal! I highly recommend Russ's for all of your detailing needs.

After I started to see the kinds of cars they worked on I was pretty sure they were the ones for me. After visiting their location, and talking with Cesar I made up my mind that this was the place to take my car. I brought my car in on a Tuesday evening and got it back in a week. They did say it could be done by Saturday, but it really didn't bother me to get it back late since it looked fantastic. I stopped by one of the days to take a look at the progress and was impressed how glossy my car looked. When I finally picked up my car after everything was done it looked brand new. The car is six years old so there are some chips in the front, but I liked that they called me with progress and let me know about all the imperfections. Furthermore, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything more. I truly felt like they were just informing me of things they found instead of trying to get me to buy more stuff. I recommend them over any other detailing shop, and will certainly be bringing my cars there in the future.
