Dishonest business that does not disclose any issues with gutter replacement/installation. They are…read moremore considered with job completion instead of doing the job correctly. I had old gutters removed and new ones installed. They were installed incorrectly and pitch heavily upward so that any spill over will leak directly into my home. I will now have to have gutters removed and issue corrected by another company for twice the original cost. I was advised that Scott-Lee Guttering Company does not do any carpentry work, which is in no way advertised on their website or communicated during the job. I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. I've learned the hard way, don't repeat my mistake.

AMP Restoration and Roofing provided top notch service. They follow up promptly, especially…read moreimpressive given how busy they are. They worked with us for the right roof for our needs. They went above and beyond the call working with our insurance company, helping us through initial disagreements with the settlement, and ultimately giving a big assist to getting a full replacement approved. They hustled to get our business, and they were true professionals the entire way through. They know their business. I thought it was interesting during the claim process, that the adjuster the insurer sent out had great things to say about our AMP Sales Representative (unsolicited). Just another indicator that we made the right decision to work with AMP.

Let me start by saying I've never received business from this company so I cannot speak to the…read morequality of their work. However, they employ salesmen that disregard boundaries and harass you into services. Jeremy Abney continues to contact me for business after I've declined multiple times. I was introduced to Jeremy originally 1-2 years ago when he was a subcontractor with a different company. During this time, Jeremy missed the appointment with the insurance inspector and my claim was denied. Jeremy reassured me he would work with the insurance company for a reinspection then stopped responding to messages. He reappeared at my door months later--unannounced. He explained that he was working for himself and would love to move forward. His explanation for disappearing was 1) a diabetes diagnosis and 2) he was no longer with the company due to unethical business practices. I told Jeremy I would let him know if I wanted to do business. He continued texting me to replace my roof after I made it clear I was not interested. I thought I finally got rid of him, until he showed up at my house--unannounced AGAIN, now working with this company.

One example is a 10 x 13 heavy wool rug in my living room. I've had it since 2010. About 8 years ago, my dog chewed a hole in it. They repaired it so perfectly, I still can't find the repair. I have two Standard Aussies and this rug has seen it all. This past week, they cleaned stains I never expected to come out. It looks like new and I couldn't be happier. I must also mention the employees are so very nice and really know what they're doing. Thanks!

Where to begin. #1…read more Our friends use to own this company and sold it to the new owner Jake. This company is no longer owned by anyone in the Gallagher family. #2. Willie at Gallagher is a straight up con man and lied about everything from siding to gutter guards. #3. Gallagher uses all unvetted illegal labor on your home. The horrendous job completed by them resulted in over 40 different issues excluding the fact that they did not waterproof my house by replacing the Tyvek and blatantly lied to my face about it. I had them pull back the siding and could see the results, they apologized and replaced the entire job after much deliberation. #4. They (Willie) went out of their way to show me these beautiful aluminum gutter guards and had me hold them showing me what was going on my house. They tore off all of my perfectly fine gutter guards and replaced them with cheap crap that blows off constantly all over my house. #5. When contacting Gallagher attempting to speak to the owner, he blocked me. When I requested that they either follow through with what was promised or replace what I had before they ever touched them, they EXTORTED me for an additional $1,700. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS SHADY COMPANY.
