I needed the work done pretty much immediately to satisfy the buyer on the home I am selling with closing coming up in a week. Our roof did not leak, we hired this company to replace our roof to be proactive after Hail Damage…read more After the first rain, our ceiling leaked. We called them to investigate & they discovered they forgot to seal/cover a vent cap. They fixed it a few days later and looked at the ceiling damage. There were multiple appointments made for ceiling repair and no one showed up. We took several days off work to meet them. We called several times for updates and no one returned our calls. We corresponded with the owner several times and it still took months to get the ceiling repaired. When they finally repainted the ceiling they did not use tarps, so there were paint speckles over the entire room, on the curtain and on the light shade, and they did not edge. They also replaced the window trim. They left the site without completing the job. We had to call them to let them know they needed to come back to finish. They caulked our window shut. That was all eventually remedied. I do not recommend

Gallagher stands behind all their work and their team is remarkably efficient. Where to begin. #1…read more Our friends use to own this company and sold it to the new owner Jake. This company is no longer owned by anyone in the Gallagher family. #2. Willie at Gallagher is a straight up con man and lied about everything from siding to gutter guards. #3. Gallagher uses all unvetted illegal labor on your home. The horrendous job completed by them resulted in over 40 different issues excluding the fact that they did not waterproof my house by replacing the Tyvek and blatantly lied to my face about it. I had them pull back the siding and could see the results, they apologized and replaced the entire job after much deliberation. #4. They (Willie) went out of their way to show me these beautiful aluminum gutter guards and had me hold them showing me what was going on my house. They tore off all of my perfectly fine gutter guards and replaced them with cheap crap that blows off constantly all over my house. #5. When contacting Gallagher attempting to speak to the owner, he blocked me. When I requested that they either follow through with what was promised or replace what I had before they ever touched them, they EXTORTED me for an additional $1,700. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS SHADY COMPANY.
