I asked a few friends on Facebook who they would call if they had a roofing issue and several people mentioned Fuller construction. I called Tony and he was very professional and came out quickly. He also met the insurance adjuster at our house so we didn't have to make multiple appointments. When they put on the new roof everyone who did the job was done quickly and professionally. They did a wonderful job. A lot of people have commented on how nice our roof looks now and we couldn't of asked for better service!

His nephew, Ryan, arrived the next day and assessed the damage which thankfully wasn't as bad as we thought it would be and didn't even need to open an insurance claim. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and promised to come back the next day and replace our missing shingles, weather permitting, which was fine with me. To my surprise, about 15 minutes later he was back at our house and said he wanted to make sure our shingles were replaced before it rained again and figured it wouldn't take that long to do it. Profits over service, no customer service…read more Cleaning was done 6 days ago. Had an overflowing gutter just days later that caused interior water damage. Upon inspection discovered downspout was blocked with debris up to the gutter. Contract called for blow out of downspouts. It is clear that it was missed. Management took no responsibility. Was rude and dismissive. Mis-reported facts, and when that was pointed out, just didn't address the misstatements. Blamed owner for not properly maintaining downspout (?!). Mad that we complained and rather than work out the problem suggested we go elsewhere.
