First time going there today to catch some of the NFL games on in the morning since they have the "Sunday Ticket". The place is nice and clean and you seat yourself on any available table. But I was surprised to see many empty tables when I walked in. Business did pick up about an hour later tho. The service is great! The staff is very friendly and courteous and very attentive...And not just with me. I noticed it with every other customer that was there. I had an order of nachos with chicken, and chicken strips w/ fries. Both were excellent and the servings were huge. I totally recommend this place. Their customer service was probably what made the experience so amazing. It was my first time and although the menu is very self explanatory, the young lady working took the time and explained some of the populars off the menu. From the time I ordered to the time I received my food, less than 10 minutes. They give a pretty decent portion as well. It was very clean, the tables, restroom. I've had plenty of burgers and this spot is by far one of the best. The meat isn't a flat frozen patty; it's juicy and cooked perfectly with great flavor. They have such a wide variety of burgers to make everyone happy. Also they have tater tots as a substitute and man they were great too. Super crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. Went in to watch a sharks playoff game. Food and beers were good and rightly priced. The girls there turned the music off for me to put the games sound on and turned the volume up to whatever I wanted. Even when the warriors game started they didn't change the sound to basketball. This place was GREAT! The staff was excellent. The best customer service. Our waitress had such an up beat attitude and really served us well. It was our first time there after a football game. The food was all really great. I ordered the BLT! Very filling. We tried the wings which were good but not great. Fries were really good! Thin and crispy. My niece ordered the turkey sandwich and it was HUGE! She didn't even finish half of it. Honestly surprised by all the 5 star ratings. I went here last night, ordered the boneless wing combo with the chili cheese fries. The food came out in less than 5 minutes and it was a generous portion. But the wings were soggy, the fries were ice cold , the cheese sauce and chili equally cold. So just based on the speed of service everything was made at least 30 minutes prior to ordering. The wings were hot, probably popped them in the microwave since they were so soggy. read more

Since the place is what I still consider NEW I didn't give them a 2 stars like I would have. If the owner reads this, I'm writing mainly to him/her so they can make more money. To start off... I've been reading about this place for a while... either 'Shopper Bopper' or 'PennySaver', the only two advertisements I look at to find out what is new in the area. I think it is important for new places to get as many reviews as possible so they can improve and hopefully become successful and stay around longer than 5 years. If they do really good, they can open up a few more in other areas. When my sister came over with leftovers the other day and told me the place wasn't bad, I decided I was going to try it out asap. Finally the opportunity came up when my mother wanted to go eat and told me to choose a place. I checked the place out on yelp before leaving. My mother was a little worried it may not be kid friendly. I walked in to check it out and it was full, so the establishment must be doing great seemed to be doing good enough to be full. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, so I looked around to find a menu to see what they served. I found a server and got her attention and got a menu. Places that have you seat yourself... I would recommend having signs on all the door entrances so customers don't overlook and know they don't have to wait not til they are acknowledged. I would also recommend leaving menus on the table so they have something to do until someone finally does. No one likes standing for quite sometime till someone is kind enough to acknowledge them. It is just plain rude, even if it isn't intentional. This is also a reason why you ay lose customers, because they may walk out and never come again. So in return you are only harming yourself and losing out on potential business that give you free advertisement by word of mouth. You want people to keep coming back, make sure the servers pay attention to the door and have them say, "Welcome to Shooters, take a seat and someone will be right with you.' This makes customers feel good. Like you appreciate them coming. First priority is them feeling like they are special, that way they excuse the wait or time it might take on other things. If your server makes you feel good, the food will taste that much better. I then returned with my mother and children. We sat down and waited for a server and menu. I liked that they had a few specials on the wall, but I think they should find a better area to advertise specials. I decided to try to go with one. The only disappointment about it is that I only saw philly wrap and the ingredients. But I think someone's body/head was blocking part of my view, so I never saw the chicken part. I don't crave red meat, but that bight I was. I did try changing the cheese because I don't ever eat swiss, but the only two other options were yellow cheese (cheddar or american Many tables started talking to one another because of the long wait and no attention from the servers. I was deceived by all these 4-5 star reviews. We came here with our clients to enjoy some food before we got off work. Three of us ordered burgers, the rest of us ordered hot wings, teriyaki wings and chili cheese fries. The hot wings were beyond salty, the teriyaki wings tasted more like soy sauce and extra salt and the chili was beyond tasteless and worse than canned dogged food. We came back that Saturday night, without my son, and with another couple to watch the NFL wildcard games. Good news: we were there to take advantage of the great happy hour deals. We had a few pitchers, a few appetizers, and I had the veggie melt. The veggie melt was one of the BEST sandwiches I have ever had. Anywhere. And I plan on returning to have it again soon. However, our server this time was not as nice as before... she was pleasant, but just seemed to want to be somewhere else. Once again, did not introduce herself. Did her job, but didn't try to do anything extra. Just was not genuine.
