Cheap cut ground beef hamburger, drenched in grease, old oil fries, cheap grade steak. Definitely not worth the time.

First and last time there. Food was gross. Tri tip sandwich was dry and had no flavor. Garlic fries were not cooked long enough and very soggy. Waited forever for food to go and I was the only one in there. Then some regulars came in 15 minutes later and they ordered and had their food out to them before mine. Went here to watch Giants game on a Friday evening... Wasn't too crazy busy at all. We had the WORST service, I don't know if you'd even call that service because they NEVER came to the table. My kids had to keep going to the counter to ask for refills. The waitress's attire was completely inappropriate to wear to work, one gal her shorts were WAY to short. My teenage son even made a comment "that's what you wear to work"--- it was just bad all the way around. Now on to the disgusting food.... We ordered 2 burgers, wings and 2 kids grilled cheeses and the only thing worth eating was the kids grilled cheese. The wings tasted as if they'd been frozen for quite sometime and had a nasty taste to them. The burgers were just nasty and had that frozen taste to them... Even the produce didn't seem fresh. We opted for the garlic fries too and those were the WORST.... We got maybe grease with garlic powder topped fries. We've actually enjoyed this place in the past and now we will NEVER GO BACK! read more

Terrible service. We got there and we waited to be seated. Ten minutes later they said to sit where ever. Long story short we sat for about 10 minutes and nobody came to greet us or give us menus. Not expecting world class service but at least acknowledge us. A group of people came in after us and they got helped first. Wow! Great place to catch the game and munch down on some bar n grill favorites. Really good menu selection, friendly service, very clean, big screens all the way around. I'm a hard judge on the patty melt and these guys made it absolutely perfect!! They use real rye bread, the right cheese, onions were perfect, patty was cooked perfectly and paired it with crispy tator tots. Loved this quick stop place on my way home from Caswell State Park. Awful! Wings were horrible, sauce was watered down, no flavor in anything. The western burger was gross...you can get a better one at Carl's Jr. It feels like they had a great idea for the type of food but just haven't figured out how to make it good. This is probably the review I have been avoiding the most. Not that my reviews get any "rave reviews" or even "matter" for that fact but because this is probably my favorite place to eat in all of Manteca! It's the best kept secret! A/C is always cold, the service is great, super accommodating, and the food is delicious! There are 5 60" tv's for all of your sporting needs and beer! There aren't 20 different selections but there is something you drink and will enjoy. The wings are delicious and I would suggest extra crispy for a little more crunch. Ok, that's enough... Skip this place, I gave it 5 stars on accident and can't stand this place! J/K This friendly environment deserves recognition with the favorites of Manteca! read more

I've struggled with writing this review as we have gone to Shooters dozens of times and were always happy with our visits and the food. So much so that, yesterday was my birthday and I chose Shooters because I love the crispy chicken salad, no olives and honey mustard on the side. Simple but always tasty. Unfortunately we were in for a different experience. While the food was still good, and the new server was sweet, the service from the kitchen was atrocious. We got there at 12:15 on a Friday afternoon and the place was not super busy. Our party of 5 had several table options. We sat, was greeted and ordered. One starter salad was delivered after roughly 15 minutes and then the food delivery went downhill. At least 30 min later food started trickling in. A burger here, some tots there and yet 2 of us who ordered entre salads sat, food deprived. We encouraged the others to dig in while we endured. Another 10 min later a caesar showed up, and I continued to wait for my chicken salad. We had now been here for over an hour so we approached the counter and they promised us it was coming. Literally another 10 or so minutes later, my salad showed up... with olives!!! Our server was apologetic and asked if they could make another one for me. Since it was my 55th birthday, I really couldn't spare another hour of life waiting so I declined. When my sister asked if the restaurant could accommodate me for my poor birthday experience, our server politely said she would check. She returned and the offer on the table us that we would split the difference and they would take off 1/2 of my salad. We were there for almost 1.5 hours, got our food at varying different times and then I had to shovel my food down because folks had to get going and Shooters management thought that $4.25 was satisfactory for a semi regular customer that chose their establishment for their birthday lunch? This experience is leaving me torn, because I really do love that salad but I also kinda hold a grudge so I'm not sure Shooters will be my dining choice anytime soon. read more

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and had some wings and beer to start it off. We then had our burgers. My husband got the bacon burger and it was gone. I got he buffalo the chicken sandwich and it was a bit spicy but very delicious. Both the kids got chicken fingers and they were good as well. I do recommend this place too others read more

Great place to watch Stanly Cup Finals.. come on Sharks.. and have some good food. Place is full of people, all eating and watching sports. The wings wow.. Very very very disgusting. DONT waste your money on this slop! I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with garlic fries togo. The fries were SO mushy and drenched in oil literally dripping off each fry which drenched the whole bottom bun in nasty yellowy orange grease it was absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! My family also ordered food which gave them all very bad stomach aches! Moral of the story seriously disgusting food dont waste your money here!!! read more

So the food is tasty and the ambiance is good. However the service SUCKS. They clearly have no clue on how to serve in a restaurant. We had to ask over and over for refills, we were brought 3 out of 4 refills, then was brought our 4th refill in a to go cup. Had we'd not had to wait so long, a to go cup wouldn't have been needed! The service was why we had stopped coming years ago, and apparently it is still the problem. They really need to watch how other restaurants do it and work to do a better job. read more
