There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus in this area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the prices seemed reasonable for a variety of footwear options. They carry a good selection of shoes for men, women, and kids, along with some accessories. My main reason for visiting was to check out brands like HOKA and On Running, but unfortunately, I didn't find what I was looking for. I would love to see more of the newer shoe models and premium running brands added to their inventory. I came to this location because I'd ordered a new pair in a size 5 online and wanted to see if a size 5.5 fit better. Because it's ridiculously hard to find my size in stock in most stores, I called in advance. The gentleman I spoke with, who also helped me when I got to the store, was able to look up all of the inventory for their store as well as the warehouse, and talked me through my options. In the end, I kept the ones I had with his reassurance that they would mold to my feet. The store itself was completely dead midday on a Wednesday. It's in a small new shopping plaza with plenty of parking right in a lot right out front. They had a ton of styles and colors to choose from. Definitely recommend stopping in if you've been thinking about Rothy's and could benefit from trying them on first. I think they are an excellent value for the money mostly because you can wash them, and they really do come out from the machine good as new.

My only suggestion would be to expand the selection of newer, highly sought-after running and lifestyle brands like On (On Cloud) and HOKA. It would be great to see more options from those brands in-store rather than having to shop online. These days my sizes are easier to find in stores, yet I still mostly shop online. Returning things usually ends up being what brings me to the store. Despite this, the sales people are always very friendly and attentive. They always offer to help me find something or offer their opinion (if I ask for it). I am not a pay-retail kind of shopper, and the staff doesn't look down their noses at me if I mention looking for a bargain. To me, it is a nice environment. I don't doubt the experiences that others have had there; I had similarly poor experience at a different Loft store recently. But maybe things have changed at the Emory Point store since the poor reviews from 2016 and 2018. This Loft store has a good selection of sizes and I like being able to see the new styles they have on offer, which they seem to update pretty regularly. I even have bought some things in store!

I've made two trips to this store - the first one with very good customer service, the second one with not so good customer service. Having never purchased golf clubs before, I went to Play It Again Sports on the recommendation of a few colleagues. On my first trip, I was referred to an employee who was very knowledgable about golf. The employee did an excellent job answering my questions and was able to set me up with a used set of irons and a putter, while giving me a good explanation of different products in the store. I returned for a second trip after my driver broke, expecting more good service. I asked one of the employees if they fix golf clubs. He abruptly told me that clubs are not fixed, and spoke in an attitude that he didn't want to be bothered. I asked if he knew where I could fix clubs, and he shot back that I should check Google. Then, I asked him if someone could help me decide if I should buy a new club instead of fixing it - which was when he sent me to the golf club section to figure it out on my own. I would expect an employee at a store that sells sporting goods, but doesn't fix them, should know where to fix sporting goods (the answer, which I got from another source, is PGA Superstore or a club repair shop at a local golf course). At the very least, I should be referred to another employee in the store who would know - if not information on repair, at least information on what I could purchase as a replacement. If I knew what to buy, I would go to Amazon instead of going to the store. And to be honest, I would recommend that you shop on Amazon instead of coming here. Good customer service which was sadly followed by an episode of very crummy customer service. I'd much rather spend more money at a place that treats me better than save a buck coming here.
