Great store. They seem to get the newest items the fastest of the Metro Atlanta locations. Love that this location has the mens shop, though it is small and a little tight to navigate when busy. The sale selection is alway very small. I always find a gold min of sale items ot other locations but I have never once found anything here so if you aqre a sale shopper - you may not enjoy this location. Beware, if visiting from out of state as a tourist, the parking situation in PCM can be (usually is) very frustrating and this is on of the stores that does not validate. read more

The service staff, is very nice at the Ponce City Market location but the manager is rude, she general sits outside the store giving people dirty looks most mornings but i had the displeasure of her customers service manners today. Fortunately the company actually stands behind their product and actually listened to me instead of gaslighting me and making up excuses and disinformation. Small store but conveniently located in the middle of the busy area. They had a great selection of colors and sizes. Madewell is typically for denim lovers. Their style is casual and effortless but cute. The staff in this store was friendly and helpful. They even offer you water or sparkling water while you shop in their store. Everything was well organized and clean. I did some shopping and stayed hydrated. Good experience! read more

I didn't know much about this brand but I looked it up later, and apparently it's J. Crew's more popular younger sibling. J. Crew, if you're wondering, also has a location in Ponce City Market.  At any rate, this Madewell is on the diminutive side, and the employees are ideal in that they acknowledge your presence and are available to help but don't constantly hound you or follow you around. I like to hang out at the sales racks in the back where you can pick up office-appropriate wear for a reasonable fee. The jeans seem promising; I feel like I've heard about them a lot. You get a discount if you bring in an old pair of jeans from any brand! I'm not too sure about their email list; I joined merely to get a coupon on my birthday but discovered that they send emails everyday; does anyone seriously like that??? read more

What an opening event! I showed up in the afternoon of 9/1/15, although most of the boozy festivities were in the evening. I couldn't make the evening 7-9pm event so I made the effort to stop by. They had mini donuts and bottles of Perrier, which made it seem super bougie. I'm going to preface this by saying I LOVE Madewell. The concept, the clothing, the accessories, and the DENIM. I do enjoy shopping on a budget though, and Madewell makes me ache a little when I spend $170 on a dress I'll probably wear once a year (as beautiful as it is). Madewell Transport Totes litter the store. I'm a HUGE enthusiast of the bag: my brown transport tote is my favorite bag and purse. Definitely worth the investment. This location is in the outdoor shopping area of the Ponce City Market. I had a little trouble locating so I took a personal tour of the incomplete market while searching for Madewell. Use Anthropologie as your reference point when looking. Inside is like any other Madewell store. No sale section, yet, at least, although I'm sure as the store's inventory switched seasons, good deals will become available. I love the staff at this store! They are always super friendly and helpful with the latter being very important as I am fashion-impaired. The Madewell style is perfect for staples so I find myself here regularly, especially for jeans. I've had a couple of pairs hemmed, which takes a few days. I've also bought online and had items delivered to this store. Pick-up was quick and efficient. The store footprint itself is a bit small but not a huge deal - I've been able to find what I need. Madewell has always been my "go to" store for quick outfits or just cause... I always went to the Lenox and/ or perimeter location but never really was able to buy anything in stores because they never had my size or the styles that I was looking for. I'd just go online and buy the things that I wanted.. U N T I L, I found out there was a madewell at PCM?!?! I go to PCM often and I never knew there was a madewell there... clearly I've been living under a rock -_- ANYWAY... maybe it was just my luck the day I went, but they had literally EVERYTHING I wanted that I saw online AND in my size. A freaking double whammy! I'm normally always looking for a 23 size pant or a 00 in dresses and skirts and to my surprise, this location had them. I walked out of this place hundreds of dollars poorer, they literally took my money. L o l. All the sales people were attentive even when it got super busy. I never felt like I was waiting or just walking around until I got someone's attention. read more

I am honestly obsessed with Madewell (even though it swallows my wallet). If I had to compare this one to the Lenox Madewell, the size of the store is basically the same, but the selection of clothes (especially in the sale section) is so much better. If you're going to shop Madewell sale, always go in store over online because the in store sales usually let you take an additional 30% off and then stack on 15% off for us broke college students. As one yelper mentioned before, the sizings in store are usually a little smaller, I mainly saw XXS-M sizes. P.S. I was surprised at how small this store is! The had a very small selection, at least when I went in (around October 1st, 2016). I could see sales associates being friendly/ helpful to other guests but I was browsing for ~15 minutes and no one ever said a word to me. I was sort-of looking for a specific dress but took the lack of help as a sign to just give up. That said, I love Madewell. I'm not sure if my review should focus more on the brand or this location. If it's the former: 5 stars again and again; if it's the latter, eh, I could take it or leave it. read more

The store seems smaller than the Lenox Madewell store and seems to have a smaller selection of items as well. It seems like shoppers here must be on the smaller end of the size spectrum since extra-small and small sizes are harder to come by, especially in the sale section. That said, the customer service here is generally pretty nice. There are the odd times where I am not greeted or helped while shopping, but this is generally not the norm. The store is clean and well-organized, and you can use a student ID card to get an additional discount, even off of sale prices. You can get a really good deal this way in a store that is not always affordable for students. read more
