In general, my wife is a big fan of Nordstrom and has consistently purchased items from Nordstrom over the years. She thinks they have high-quality items, good customer service, and a good return policy. Case in point, earlier this year, she returned an unused item at Nordstrom Phipps Plaza that had been sitting in our home for multiple years. When I walked in today, I didn't know what to expect but was met with enthusiastic staff who very much seemed like they wanted to help. I asked where the plus sizes were and was led to a smaller section towards the center of the store. While it wasn't quite as large as the rest of their stock, it had a decent selection. As I began holding some items, I was met with a staff member asking if she could start a fitting room for me. Every time I had at least two items in my arms, I had her or another staff member eagerly asking if they could place it in the room for me or if I needed help with any sizes. As I was in the fitting room I needed a few things in different sizes and Ryan was quick to help. She did not seem annoyed or rushed, but seemed actually happy to help. Unfortunately I only ended up purchasing one item, but when I was being rung up, another staff member, Donna asked me how I liked the plus size section and if i had any feedback. She explained that the brand put a lot of thought into developing a plus line and are continuously looking for feedback from plus size consumers. I discussed a few things with Donna and she made me feel super comfortable and wasn't weird or judge-y about my size, which is something I've run into at other retailers in the past. I was so impressed with their great customer service that I wanted to make sure to leave a review! One star is taken away because I wish the plus size selection was a bit larger.

I was leaving Fabletics, not paying attention, and somehow ended up walking right into the store. What made me actually stay was the customer service. The sales associate--I believe her name was Rose--was absolutely amazing. Honestly, whoever hired her needs to know she is a natural when it comes to working with people. If it weren't for her energy and the way she approached me, I probably would've kept walking. We instantly clicked, and I told her what I needed an outfit for. When I say she picked out the perfect look for me... I mean it. She helped me put everything together so effortlessly, and I walked out feeling amazing in what she chose. I don't have too much to add about the store itself beyond the fact that it's cute and has a great selection, but this review is really for the customer service. That experience alone made the visit memorable. I'll definitely be back--and next time, I'm finding Rose!
