My wife was looking to replace a pair of Brooks, which they did have and all went well for her purchase. My observations include the minimal amount of stock...one or two items hanging for clothes, hats, etc. and no price tags on any of the shoes ! I am luckily not in the market for another pair of men's running shoes but I enjoy checking on sale items. Apparently if you have to ask how much then the philosophy at this store is we do not want to make it easy for the customer. I asked the sales person what they had in Brooks size 12 and she came back with one pair of shoes. Not impressed.

I called the Roswell rd location and asked the associate for the insoles. He told me they had plenty of instock. Once I got their the associate was helping a lady with a pair of shoes. I went to the area where the insoles are and started looking for the 2 sizes I needed. The associate asked if I needed any help as he paid more attention to the busty loud blond haired women. I said I had called in a few minutes ago for the insoles. That he claimed they had plenty of stock, and to my finding, they had none. He then said go to Amazon and order them because they all of a sudden didn't have stock. Even though I had just called 20 minutes prior to driving to the store. I feel he could have paid more attention to the call & my request. He could have told me over the phone just to order them online. Instead of me driving 20 minutes in traffic both ways. I will not say it was a total wasted of time. Now I know Amazon has them. When for years Amazon did not carry them. Based on this experience, I do not ever have to go back to that store.

But when I walked in and discussed the repair of my shoes, the guy at the desk seemed overwhelmed and was stating how much work he had to do, which is inappropriate! You shouldn't present to your customers that you have too much work. I felt like I was being a burden to him by wanting him to repair my shoes. I said to him you should be happy for the business. The inside of my boots needed some cleaning but my main issue was my heel. He said the cost to replace the heel and polish up. The boots would be $70 . I said OK but then I asked about cleaning the inside of the boots. He said that would be another $50. I said absolutely not. I could buy another pair of boots at that price. The boots only cost me $110. I was having them because I like them. When I picked up the boots a few weeks later the heels were replaced, which I was happy about. But the rest of the boot looked basically the same. No " spit polish. " the boots look the same as when I brought them to the store. They just had new heels. Anyway, I won't be returning. I tried to support a local business. But they need to really watch how they speak to customers. Suggestion: do not complain to new customers that you have too much work. Always go above and beyond. I'm gonna give you one star rating. I won't say I don't recommend your business. I don't have an option to be "neutral" so I'll choose "maybe".. Because it is my wish for the highest good for everyone always. And we all have bad days from time to time. Blessings

I didn't have an appointment but Gregory patiently helped me try on multiple suits including measuring and pinning them for potential tailoring. When I settled on a suit I liked, I asked if it would be possible to have it tailored and shipped to me by that Saturday, just 5 days away so that I could wear it to a special occasion. Greg came through getting a rush in the tailoring and personally shipped it overnight. He did a great job on the measurements and it fit perfectly! This is my third suit supply suit and they are all great quality. Great service - I'll be back to see Greg again the next time I'm in town.

When I was finally helped, I told the associate I wanted to try on the trousers that I selected in the changing room. After trying on the pants, they were far too small and I noticed there were three different sizes on the pant labeling. Again, I had to pretend like I was lost to get help about the issue from a separate sales person. To his credit, my sales associate remedied the issue by presenting me with another pair of trousers...with the exact same issue. It was at that moment that I realized all the clothes were missized and mislabeled. Again, I pretended to be lost inside the fitting room as other associates helped their guests, and I was finally helped by my assigned sales associate after an additional 10 minutes had passed by (he even admitted he forgot that I was even in the store)... To top it off, the "in-house tailors" said that they could not even add a hem to the trousers I selected within their store. I've purchased several suits from this SuitSupply location. Sadly, it sounds like I won't be returning.

I came to this location because I'd ordered a new pair in a size 5 online and wanted to see if a size 5.5 fit better. Because it's ridiculously hard to find my size in stock in most stores, I called in advance. The gentleman I spoke with, who also helped me when I got to the store, was able to look up all of the inventory for their store as well as the warehouse, and talked me through my options. In the end, I kept the ones I had with his reassurance that they would mold to my feet. The store itself was completely dead midday on a Wednesday. It's in a small new shopping plaza with plenty of parking right in a lot right out front. They had a ton of styles and colors to choose from. Definitely recommend stopping in if you've been thinking about Rothy's and could benefit from trying them on first. I think they are an excellent value for the money mostly because you can wash them, and they really do come out from the machine good as new.

It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. Brooks Brothers is one of my favorite clothing brands. I love their non-iron dress shirts and sport…read moreshirts, Golden Fleece polos, and wrinkle-resistant pants. I wear them everyday to work. I normally shop at the Brooks Brothers at Lenox Square (http://www.yelp.com/biz/brooks-brothers-atlanta-4), at Brooks Brothers outlets, or online. However, I happened to swing by this Brooks Brothers location at Perimeter Mall and picked up three dress shirts for work. It took a few years, but I eventually phased out all non-Brooks Brothers non-iron dress shirts from my wardrobe so now my dress shirt inventory contains almost nothing but Brooks Brothers non-iron dress shirts. The shirts are worth the cost. They are high quality. Not only do they look clean, sharp, and freshly pressed at all times, but they last a long time too. I continue to wear some shirts regularly to work that are 10+ years old. They still look great. Some remarkably look nearly new. The shirts I picked up at this store included two point-collar dress shirts (one stripe, one pinstripe) and one button-down collar dress shirt (with alternating stripes). Brooks Brothers dress shirts come in different fits. I prefer the Milano fit (extra slim fit). I used to buy the Regent (slim) and even Madison (regular) fits, but had to take those shirts to a tailor to have them taken in. I'm glad Brooks Brothers finally decided to come out with an extra slim fit. The point-collar shirts come with plastic collar stays. Like most Brooks Brothers retail products, the tiny details can make a difference. The plastic collar stays are firm, not flimsy, and actually feature the gold Brooks Brothers logo. I like these kinds of small touches that Brooks Brothers puts into its products. Other examples include the logo embroidered on the inside of pants' waist linings and the brand name etched into each individual button on certain dress shirts. It's nice. Perhaps best of all, I never have to take any of my Brooks Brothers clothes to the dry cleaner. I can machine wash and dry everything at home. The shirts come out of my dryer looking crisp and ironed, lines intact. It's like magic. Service at this store was good. The store wasn't busy and I was helped the entire time. I recommend trying on everything before you decide to buy.
