I visited the store in hopes of finding a pair of odd trousers to match a blazer I have. 15 minutes into my arrival, I wasn't helped from an associate until I looked around and pretended as if I was lost. When I was finally helped, I told the associate I wanted to try on the trousers that I selected in the changing room. After trying on the pants, they were far too small and I noticed there were three different sizes on the pant labeling. Again, I had to pretend like I was lost to get help about the issue from a separate sales person. To his credit, my sales associate remedied the issue by presenting me with another pair of trousers...with the exact same issue. It was at that moment that I realized all the clothes were missized and mislabeled. Again, I pretended to be lost inside the fitting room as other associates helped their guests, and I was finally helped by my assigned sales associate after an additional 10 minutes had passed by (he even admitted he forgot that I was even in the store)... To top it off, the "in-house tailors" said that they could not even add a hem to the trousers I selected within their store. I've purchased several suits from this SuitSupply location. A nice place to purchase mens custom suits , shoes dress shirts and socks . Suit Supply is located on the outskirts of Lenox Square Mall. Better known as Around Lenox . The staff seems to be centered around customer care . My hubby and I were acknowledged the moment we walked through the door . We signed in at the front counter where we met Clarke . She offered assistance with choosing two suits and she took the measurements for a custom fit . I loved the in-house tailoring. You actually couldn't miss the tailor located directly in window . A great selling point for the company. While hubby tried on a few suits , Clarke offered me something to drink . Which I thought was a nice touch. I won't spoil it for you. You'll have to go check it out ! The boutique layout was really nice. If you can't find a suit there , I don't know what to tell you, because the options were pretty good . I won't know how well they withstand the constant wear until he's had them a while, but they look very nice on after alterations were completed. The lines of communication were awesome by text messages and via email. The parking lot is a bit congested, but it's ample space for the shops in that area . Subject: Disappointing Customer Experience and Communication Dear Suitsupply Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your store -- not with the quality of your product or your staff's professionalism, but with the service and communication surrounding my order and pickup experience. To start, I want to acknowledge that the staff at your location are professional and the quality of your suits is excellent. I have no complaints in that regard. However, the service and communication on this particular order were frustrating from beginning to end. I purchased an off-the-rack suit in my size on March 29, expecting a quick turnaround. While I received shipping notifications for the pants, shirt, and jacket within a few days, I received no confirmation that everything had arrived at the store by April 2. I proactively contacted the store to follow up, but it wasn't until April 9 -- after multiple calls and follow-ups with both the store and customer service -- that the items were finally sent out for alterations. Because of this delay, I missed the event I bought the suit for, which is incredibly frustrating, especially since this wasn't a custom order. To make matters worse, when I came into the store today to finally pick up my suit -- nearly two weeks later than expected -- I was met with an unnecessarily rigid experience. I explained to a young woman at the front that I was there to pick up my order. She informed me that I needed to scan a QR code using my phone. I admitted, somewhat embarrassed, that I wasn't sure how to do that since my wife usually helps me with things like this. She did show me how to scan it, which I appreciated. However, when I was prompted to input information, I explained that I had left my glasses in the car and couldn't read the small print. In response, she suggested I go back to the car to get them. I mentioned that I had my ID and asked if she could verify me that way, but she refused and insisted I use the system. At that point, I gave up and left. I walked in wearing a Suitsupply suit -- clearly a loyal customer -- and felt completely unsupported in a situation where a little understanding would've gone a long way. This entire experience, from the lack of communication to the inflexible in-store pickup process, has caused me to reconsider whether I'll continue shopping with your brand. I had purchased a $1,200 suit from their Vegas store, but after receiving it, the measurements were off. I really liked the design, so I made the drive to their Atlanta location to get it remeasured. Initially, they said it might be fixable, but then decided I needed a completely new suit made. What really caught me off guard was that during the exchange process, I was made to cancel the order and place a new one--something that felt more like an attempt to grab a new commission rather than focusing on fixing their mistake. To make matters worse, despite confirming twice that the inside lining was wrong, the rep still got it wrong, even after a customer service rep confirmed it. Eventually, I got the order canceled, and a manager called to apologize, but by then, I was done with the whole process. In the end, I'd recommend going somewhere else. Why has buying a pair of pants become an ordeal on par with visiting the DMV? Today I stopped into Suitsupply in Buckhead, a store I visit occasionally, and only when proximity makes it inconvenient not to. I don't live anywhere near it, but I happened to be in town and thought, yes, today is a pants day. I'd done my homework. I knew the pair I wanted, called the day before to make sure they had my size, and, in a fit of optimism, brought actual cash. I wasn't planning on staying long. My tailor at home is cheap enough and less inclined to try and upsell me, so I wasn't interested in alterations or chit-chat. I just wanted to exchange legal tender for cloth and flee. The woman at the entrance gave me a smile as crisp as a dry cracker and informed me it would be 25 minutes before anyone could help me. I told her I didn't have the time. She told me that was too bad. Then she walked away. Not the metaphorical kind of walk-away where someone leaves you emotionally--an actual, physical departure. Like I was a Jehovah's Witness at a barbecue. I pursued her. I asked why I needed an associate just to pick up a pair of pants from a table not ten feet from where we were standing. She said the pants weren't ready-to-wear. "They'll need slight adjustments," she said, as she again walked away, this time faster, lest I ask a follow-up like, "Couldn't I just get them hemmed by a person who doesn't hate me?" So I left. My cash and I walked out the way we came in, slightly less hopeful and still trouserless. I'd entered with the modest dream of leaving better dressed. Fitted for a suit, paid, and guaranteed my suit would be received for a wedding. Suit Supply didn't file import paperwork with UPS after daily requests it has been sitting on hold for 18 days! I called 20+ times and received no response or followups. I have texted my advisor, called corporate, requested followups, left voicemails, sent WhatsApp texts, and have received NO followups or action. Now... I have a wedding and no suit. I would even give grace if SOMEONE would get back to me. This isn't the way to do business. This isn't the way to treat customers. Please... fix your processes and procedures. Suit Supply is THE place to shop for mid-priced suits in Atlanta. I can't say I've shopped at any of the competition, but I do know that this place was awesome and I can't imagine it gets much better. I had a suit consult with Matteo, a spiffy mid-20s Italian dude. I knew I was in for a good time when he was 5 minutes late to meeting me but apologized profusely and offered me a drink while he finished up with the last guy. When it was my turn, he took me to the "Perennial Suit" rack (i.e., the $499 suits, their cheapest options, per my request), and gave me the run down on each and every type of suit. "Colors x,y,z would go with your skin tone... this blue suit has padded shoulders which makes you look professional but you couldn't wear the jacket on it's own... this green jacket has less dramatic lapels, so you can dress it down with jeans... etc." We finally decided on a proper style and color that'd match the events I wished to wear it for, and then he was as, if not more, attentive during the alterations part of the process. Matteo easily could've up-charged me on alterations, but was sensible and talked me off the ledge of doing anything excessive (i.e., slimming my pant legs to be even tighter). The SuitSupply Manager even stopped by for a second to give his own advice, and seemed to get a kick out of my anxiety of buying my first adult suit. If you're like me and freak out spending any amount of money over $100, SuitSupply is for you. They treat an expensive and nervewracking purchase like a, well, expensive and nerve-racking purchase. Meaning they hold your hand through it, take their time, and make sure everything is right in the world before you go ahead and buy it. Or at least that was Matteo's attitude. When I have more money I'll definitely be back to buy some of their more casual jackets, and I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy their first suit! read more

Bottom line, not the service you'd expect when buying an over $1,000 suit. I was nearly rushed out the door without any alterations to the jacket and then after the fitting would have had to have had everything custom made. So I ended up just going to Brooks Brothers and getting a made to measure suit that I liked much more for $200 less. I came in to buy a suit with some friends who had purchased earlier. I'm a tall guy, so not a lot of selection, but I found one I sort of liked. I needed suit separates, so we had the jacket, but not the pants. So they were going to do custom pants. After we got the pants measured out, I paid and he was just going to bag it up the jacket without any alterations to it. I think he had another customer waiting and just wanted to get me out of the store (strike one). After that, he tried to convince me that if let out the jacket only 4cm it would fit. It wouldn't, it would be too tight (strike two). Then he said that a bigger size would be have to be custom and $200 more. Strike three. The salesman was nice and didn't seem overtly impatient, but he lost my trust when he didn't suggest any alterations in an off the rack jacket and then suggested a tight fit just to make a sale. I've honestly had better service at the nearby Men's Wearhouse for a suit that was about a third the price. I got no explanation of the suit, no discussion of fabric, canvassing, or really any reason why the suit cost $1,000. It was more sort of this is what we have take or leave it. It's two stars instead of one because my friends had s better experience from the same salesman. But I'll vetoing Suit Supply when we go on our next suit outing. I found a suit that I might like on their website, went to the location and asked for the suit in question. After buying countless suits from this store, I will not be returning. Went in Friday to buy a new suit for my sisters wedding. In addition, we brought in another suit for my partner, a suit we bought from Suit Supply, to have tailored. The store said they could have it ready for us within a few days. I told them, we really need this for a wedding (my sisters), and that we would rather be safe than sorry, so we would be happy to pay to expedite the tailoring at any additional cost. They said no worries, no rush would be required. They call me 5 DAYS LATER to tell me they can not tailor the existing suit we brought in because it had not been dry cleaned. Five days later. We then offer to rush over, get the suit, dry clean it, and bring it back. They tell us the suit will need an additional 3-4 days for tailoring after we bring it back in. In short, their mismanagement has now affected one of the suits we planned to use for a family wedding, and now I am left with no time to get an appropriate solution. They let this suit sit there for 5 days, not being worked on, even after we offered to pay for a rush, only to be told "they can't help us now". Suitsupply also charged me for the alterations for the suit they couldn't alter and it took two visits to get a refund. An appropriate response here would have been to tell us the day we brought in our clothing it needed to be dry cleaned in advance, and when they messed up and waited 5 days to tell me, they could have offered to at least rush the alterations that had been paid for. I would avoid them at all costs. After spending tens of thousands of dollars here over the years, they will never get another penny from me. read more

Mistakes happen, but I was handed my custom suit and if I didn't say anything about trying it on, I would have walked out with completely incorrect pants. Pants were completely mixed up and had to be reordered. It's okay, things happen. BUT, my main factor driving my review and score is that even though my pants had been ready at the store for almost two weeks, no one had ever "QA'ed" the order. It would have been obvious the pants were incorrect. Then especially this gross of a look over on a $1,000 purchase...huge turn off. Suitsupply opened April 11 in the Shops Around Lenox shopping center next to Lenox Square Mall. Other stores in the shopping center include American Apparel, Crate and Barrel, and lululemon athletica. Suitsupply is located in the space below Dantanna's, where Hashiguchi Jr. (R.I.P.) and other businesses used to be. The walls between the old businesses were knocked down to create a new, bigger space especially for Suitsupply. I just so happen to be shopping for a new suit and the timing couldn't have been better because Suitsupply's grand opening was last week. Only three other stores exist in the U.S. (New York, Chicago, Washington DC) with one opening soon in Philadelphia. So we're lucky to have one of these stores in Atlanta. The store is shiny, modern, and spacious. With a name like Suitsupply, I didn't know what to expect walking in. It's not like a Men's Wearhouse or Jos. A. Bank. It's much more stylish and trendier. I know how to dress myself, but I don't consider myself a fashionable person by any means. I did feel a little out of place because I am more of a traditional Brooks Brothers kind of guy. A lot of the suits here are edgier and more fashion forward. One thing that's cool is the tailors work out in the open, directly on the showroom floor. The tailor was actually the first person to greet me as I walked into the store. The right side of the store has all the suits while the left side of the store has different assorted menswear and accessories. Suits are lined up on wavy-patterned racks and neckties in every color of the rainbow form a huge color gradient along one of the walls. The showroom has glossy red tables and lime green chairs with mirror plating. Needless to say, the store has a sleek and swanky vibe. I went on Saturday afternoon and was surprised to see the store mostly empty. There was plenty of staff, all dressed sharply in suits of varying hip styles. I was impressed with the inventory and selection. They stock so many different sizes, cuts, and fabrics. If you don't know what you're looking for, it can be overwhelming. The store carries suit sizes as small as 34. Most men's brands start at 36. I was interested in the slim fit, European cuts, of which they have many. Prices are reasonable. You can get a good quality suit for under $500 or you can get a made-to-measure suit for over $1,000. Austin fitted me, helped me try on different suits, and answered most of my questions. When I inquired about suits that weren't available in-store, he brought over an iPad so we could browse them online. He directed me to Atilla (I probably butchered his name) for my made-to-measure questions. Atilla came from Europe to do training in the new Suitsupply stores. Since the store is new, the staff is still training. If you're in the market for a new suit, I recommend checking these guys out. read more

I love this place. Perfect sport coat for my husband and this is also the place where he got his wedding suit tailored. Everything you buy from there can be tailored to look like it was made for him. I am thinking about going to buy some things and see if they can tailor them for me because I look so good. He has very broad shoulders and huge biceps and they still made the tailoring perfect. I didn't much care the the fitment he'd done and I let him know that the fit was still too baggy (I have very small legs). This is my long-due review of Suit Supply's "Custom Made" suit and my experience with 3 of their locations along with their customer service. I have not tried their "ready to go" suits or products so cannot comment on that here. My friend (groom) and I (best man and officiator) decided to try Suit Supply for the first time for an Oct wedding in San Francisco.   I am based in Orange County but ordered my suit in Atlanta since I was there for a month on a business trip. I went to the Lenox Mall location with appointment but still had to wait for about 45 minutes before their rep was ready for me. The store seemed noticeably understaffed. The guy did the measurements and insisted that my pants better have pleats even though I personally don't like them. I ordered a vest and a $152 (ish) custom-made shirt since my neck wouldn't fit in a 16.5 so that's all they had to take care of. We spent about 10-15 minutes picking the garment only to be told at the end that they didn't have it so I had to go with solid black. They were supposed to ship the suit to me in California so I do my final fitting in the Fashion Island location. About 4-5 weeks after, I received the suit and the shirt. The Jacket looked ok with minor alterations needs. The vest was off since the right shoulder would bulge by about 2 centimeters and would not flatly sit on me. The pants: disaster. The pleats would open wide in a weird design and also two men my size could fit in each side of the pant! (against my ask to ensure they are not baggy style!) The shirt: couldn't be any worse. The sleeves were about 5 inch longer than my size, the neck would not close at all (the whole point for custom masking it) and my arms could barely move due to the tight underarms measurements. Went to the Fashion Island store with appointment and this time, it was a really nice and professional guy who helped me with the right measurements. He re-ordered the shirt (shorter lead time) as the measurements in my file was totally off when he redid them.  He said the vest should be re-ordered too as that measurement is off as well but there was no time for me as the wedding was in about 3 weeks and in-time delivery would not be guaranteed. The pants, he mentioned that the measurement and the design was flawed and that the pleats were looking off. So for the next 2 weeks, I had to go back to the store 3 times to fit and work with their in-store tailor. The vest went through 2 alterations and is looking better but not perfect at all. Jacket looks good. I hate my pants though and don't think I would wear that ugly-looking piece (costed shy of $300) again. The fun part, the shirt never arrived and after following up after the wedding in 2-3 weeks,  It seemed to have been lost in their orders!!!!   And now I was instructed to ask for a refund for the shirt. I had to call the customer service and what a journey this was. For few days, my daily routine was to auto-dial customer service but no one would answer. Finally, a not-so-friendly lady picked up and took down my info for the refund. 2-3 weeks after, still nothing. I had to call again and again to find that lady on the phone, as if customers were interrupting her daily breaks, as she told me that they did not have my credit number to refund to!!!! It was finally resolved after bunch of follow ups in 2 weeks.   My experience and take: The suits are apparently made in China and are partially made already. If you do custom-made something with them, I don't think a tailor out there actually starts from scratch so your best bets would be bunch of alterations in the end. You are at the mercy of who your rep is as they were very different in their expertise and attitudes. Their supply chain tractability is not great as they cannot provide accurate ETAs. My friend (groom) did not fair any better in the San Francisco store either. His vest was also butchered. His jacket lapels would noticeably bulge even after 2 alterations attempts. I was with him in SF for his final try and the store rep nonchalantly shrugged his shoulders and said everything looks cool!! About the flaws, he simply said "yes, you are right. But this is already made for you!!" Their service in general and post-purchase service is very poor overall and in my opinion and especially for a $1400 suit! Not to mention all the tension and disappointment that both my friend and I experienced before his big day.    My recommendation: avoid suit supply for custom made suits and try Nordstrom/Bloomingdale's/your local tailor for better service, an accurate initial measurement by a reliable professional and perhaps more variety. Try suit supply if you actually find something that fits right off the shelf. read more

The suits are great but the service leaves a lot be desired. Tried to come in and get measured for a new suit because I have a few weddings coming up and have lost weight recently. It felt like as soon as the employees realized I wasn't about to drop a thousand bucks they could not have cared less... I used to work retail so I get it, sometimes it sucks. But first impressions matter and good first impressions lead to returning customers. I get that you have different styles and they all fit a little differently, but you can't just give me a few numbers to keep in mind while I'm shopping around? Go see Irvin!! I needed a tux, and had less than a week until the event. Irvin was amazing beginning to end. He's very professional and has top of the line customer service. He walked me through the entire store to show me all the suit options. He pulled a few of the tuxedo options they had and he got me fitted and looking amazing. The tux and shirt needed to be tailored and everything was complete in less than 48 hours. Irvin checked in with before and after pick up to make sure I was completely happy with my new tux. I looked amazing. Got a bunch of compliments. I couldn't be happier with the tux and my experience with Irvin and suit supply. read more

The suits are fine! Solid quality for the price, in fact. Functioning buttons is a bit of an annoyance, but you know that going in. My frustration stems from the truly horrific tailoring that takes place here. Functioning buttons necessitate alterations be made at the sleeve. That's a slightly more involved process and it's not unreasonable to charge $80 for it. What is unreasonable is to have an unmotivated and clueless sales rep take measurements! I returned to find my suit sleeves half way to my elbows. When I expressed my displeasure, I was summarily dismissed. Apparently it's "fashion forward" to expose 4 inches of shirt sleeve and my displeasure could only stem from ignorance... So it's really that simple. Expect a genuine hatchet job and expect to have to argue to make things right. I am quite confident one would be better off with ANY other tailor. Avoid! read more

This was by far the worst suit purchase in the past 25 years. The material quality is mid grade at best and doesn't come close to comparable Italian suits in the same price range. The tailoring was horrible requiring numerous visits to fix primarily in the jacket - this might be only the Atlanta Buckhead that has poor quality tailoring. The material wrinkles like a cheap suit so again, for similar money it's far inferior to other suits. I would never recommend this to anyone and would go as far as to suggest someone look elsewhere. Don't waste your money here. I spent around 3K in total in a few trips - the pants were altered and came back too short. I ordered a custom suit for an event and was never informed it arrived - so I attended to event in a different suit because no one answers the phone at the store. I showed up after weeks of trying to contact the store and found out that it had been waiting for me. I have one good suit from this place, but the rest of the clothes are useless. They won't fix them or return my money for their mistakes. Shop somewhere else! read more

We were greeted with a warm welcome and Tori was assigned to us. She was an incredible help and really made the image my boyfriend had in his head come to life. I waited to leave this review until I picked up my suit, and I'm glad that I did, because the experience of being measured and ordering the suit was *very* different from the experience of picking it up. I came by in late February to get a new tuxedo, which I had already picked out on the website. Suitsupply had it in stock, and the associate who helped me, Carine, couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Once I was measured and the order had been placed, she gave me her cell phone number and asked me to let her know when I would be back to pick up. I texted her and I made an online appointment to meet with her the day after I received notification that the tux was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store to check in, I was told they had no record of the appointment, even though I was able to show them a confirmation email. The response wasn't "we need to figure out what happened here, because you obviously have an appointment" it was more of an attitude of "oh well, we don't have you on the schedule. Tough luck." Gee, I wonder who's fault that is? Apparently mine. Anyway, I told the guy at the front that I just needed to try on the tux with whomever was available. They pulled some random kid, who helped me to a dressing room, but we were immediately and somewhat exasperatedly thrown out of the dressing room by Carine(!), who was with another customer, despite my having an appointment with her. We found another dressing room, I put on the tux, and of course the guy who was helping me had by this time vanished, so some other random employee looked me over and confirmed that the fit was good, which I could already tell myself. This is my go to place when it comes down to buying a fitted suit for myself. I am 5-7 with moderate build. So for me its little tough to find well fit suit in most of the places. But here they have suits for all different kinds of sizes. Good suits come at a cost, so here you will end of paying north of 500$ but it is worth it. I do not wear suit on regular basis so when I buy a suit I try to buy a good one. I have bought 3 suits from these guys and every time my experience has been 5 star. The best part is there service. They take customer service very seriously. From getting correct fit, to choosing the color, trying the suit out with proper shirt and shoe, fitting the suit as per your body shape, at the every point of the process there will be one dedicated person with you. So you will never feel left out like many other places. Once everything is done, normally they take 5 days to do the alteration. Also many times you might like a suit but that is not available in your size, so they can order that online and alter it for you. You can pick it up at a later period. read more
