In ATL for a girls' weekend, we stopped by Tootsies for a little bit of window shopping. I remember Tootsies from when I lived in Atlanta many years ago and it' still a fun fashionable store with friendly service and a variety of high end designer clothing. If you're on the hunt for anything from designer jeans and sweaters to dresses, blouses, purses, accessories, and more, Tootsies has you covered. It's fun to look around but be forewarned it's on the pricey side. If money is not an issue or you are wanting to treat yourself or a loved one to some quality luxury items, I am sure you will find something at Tootsies! The dress selection was just okay. However, the reason I LOVE boutiques is there is always a diamond in the rough...that one find that no one will have! Tootsie, and Stephanie, in particular did that for me on Saturday. Setting the scene-- I'm visiting ATL from VA...for a wedding. I get in on Friday...wedding is Saturday evening. My dress is supposed to be delivered on Friday, UPS hits a snag and doesn't make the delivery. I'm panicking. My girl, who is in fashion, recommends Tootsie. I go, the dress search is a little painful but I find a beauty. But, it doesn't fit. Stephanie recommends Rosy Alterations, and they turn the dress around in about 16 hours...Crazy!! Only rating my experience a 4, cause of the dress selection. I would do Tootsie all over again though! read more

Love the new space!!! Great location and fresh new feel. I want everything!! Good thing Sara - my fave stylist - keeps me in check. She knows what I need, and is great about coming to my house and organizing my closet. Every time I come here I find something fab. It's definitely my go-to for great jeans, a date night outfit or black tie. I can't say enough great things about the new space. read more

I LOVE TOOTSIES! They have GREAT merchandise and a fun and knowledgeable staff! I never want to go shop anywhere else other than Tootsies. They know exactly what I want and give me what I want! I love that they have an alterations department as well. It makes it an easy one stop shop! Just recently, I went to an event, and boy I had a fab time! The music, the drinks, the people, the FASHION! Plus it was for a great cause! I am definitely going to more of their events! If you know fashion and have a high-end taste in fashion, then you would know to shop at Tootsies. I don't call myself Carrie Bradshaw, but I do know style. Maybe if you are a boring, puffer vest-wearing, plain jane, who thinks they are stylish, this is not the place for you, Sears is. Great place to find the latest high-end designer styles, especially when it comes to formal and evening wear! The staff was very kind and attentive, and I loved that there was a cute little mimosa bar for customers. They helped pick out the perfect options for what I was looking for along with amazing accessories to match. Another thing I LOVE about this place is they organize a lot of cool events and shows. Tootsies is one of my favorite places to shop in Atlanta. Every person that works there is so nice and helpful. They always have something hip and classy when I'm shopping for a special occasion or even just to freshen up my wardrobe. The ladies are not too pushy and they are honest about how something looks on you and they offer suggestions if it's not the right fit. I NEVER leave dissatisfied! read more

Great selection of dresses and contemporary pieces. Tootsies regularly stays open late to help their clients and the staff is so fun it's no wonder no one ever wants to leave. I have attended a few events here and they are so much fun. The food is always great, the wine flows like wine, and all proceeds go to amazing causes. read more

If I could rate 0 I would. I'm getting married in less than 2 months. My fiancé is active duty and a nurse and we have a long distance relationship where we see each other every 2 weeks or so. I've learned you have to be nice to the ones you love so I try to pick out clothes she may like and send pics so I can see. This establishment does not like me taking pics and on top of that sends security over to me and asks I be escorted out. No manager even comes over to assess. So although your clothes are nice, certainly not worth this experience. #pretentious #rude #neveragain. read more

This place is HUGE. If you can't find something you like here then I'm not sure what you're looking for. They have tons of clothes and a few purses and accessories. They have a pretty healthy selection of dresses. I fell in love with one, but unfortunately I was just "window shopping" when I stumbled across this store and was not looking to spend $400 on a dress, or anything, really. So yes, the store is pricey but they do have some unique items. Everything is kind of clumped together on racks placed randomly throughout the floor so it's a little awkward to traverse around but there's enough space that you're never brushing up against someone else who's browsing around. read more

One of my favorite stores for formal long dresses. Fashion forward without breaking the bank. Helpful staff who know the merchandise. I have always had great luck with selection at Tootsies. The advantage is they can get more sizes from stores in other cities. read more
