Today we went in to buy 3 suits for my son. They were having a great sale. Jessica greeted us with a smile and happily helped my son put together 3 custom suits. From the suit fabric to the lining to the threading and button colors and more. She listened to his preferences and was happy to give her opinion when asked. Can't wait to see the finished suits. This place is awful. They have a F Rating with the BBB (Please check it). I buy this expensive suit and when you sit for "3 minutes" after ironing the suit, it wrinkles egregiously. They don't give refunds on shabby work and the staff resorts to lying to cover their obvious mistakes and material defects. Stay away from this place!!! read more

Our visit to Indochino was the perfect experience. The moment we walked in for our appointment we were treated with great importance. From picking out the fabrics to the sizing to the detail in selecting the custom design of every part of the suit. The pockets style the lining the monogram etc. This was such a steered fun experience to find the perfect suit! I highly recommend this store. read more

I called the store on Memorial Day no less, and Jaime was awesome! Terrell--Our Style Guide was incredibly helpful and informative! I got a custom made suit for my wedding, and ended up getting ok suit for a good price. However, the process was long and frustrating, and I would not use Indochino's services again.  My first visit was supposed to be an hour long measurement session, which ended up taking more than 2 hours. I was hoping that that at least meant that the measurements were very precise, but I was unfortunately mistaken.  When the suit arrived the pants were too long, the sleeves too narrow, and the waist too loose. I came in for alterations, waited patiently to receive the altered suit, but it was still a bad fit. I came in again and again and again (each time meant taking time off work), and it was still a bad fit. Between these visits they also ordered a completely new pair of pants, but that didn't help either.  At that point I'd already spent more than 3 months dealing with Indochino, and my wedding was just around the corner. So I decided to go with a proper tailor (Gizzelle James Couturiere). That meant spending bit extra money, but Gizzelle did a great job and had my suit ready  in time for the wedding. When I met Gizzelle for the first time, she could not believe that the suit had been tailor made for me.  My recommendation- if you want to save money, just get a suit off the rack. It will fit just as well as Indochino's, and you'll get better value for money. And if you really want a tailor made suit, spend a bit more and go to a genuinely good place that doesn't operate like a mass production line. read more

Got fitted for a suit for my wedding at the end of 2022. My suit was deilivered directly to me within 3 weeks (less actually). The suit fit like a glove from when I was fitted and still does to this day. I highly recommend INDOCHINO, just know to make an appointment obviously. They took exceptional care of me and I will be buying from them exclusively now. I was revered by my buddy who works in investment banking. He said quote "bang for your buck this is the best suit you'll get for the money" he was 100% correct, I got out the door for less than 800 bucks. I am not one to write bad reviews- I like to post good reviews BUT I feel the need to let the public know about our experience with Indochino... My fiancé, his parents, and I went to Indochino for the first time (we made an appointment) and we spent almost 2 hours picking out every detail of his tux for our wedding. He asked if he could return in a month to get fitted hoping to lose some weight. The salesman said no problem and reassured us at least 3 times that all of the details we chose would be in an "online profile" linked to my fiancé. I made him PROMISE us that when the groomsmen came into Indochino within the month, they would be able to access the profile to see which options we chose and be able to get a matching tux. A few days prior to the groomsmen going to Indochino my fiancé checked his online profile and it was BLANK. We called Indochino immediately and were told our information was never saved. My fiancé really liked the idea of having a custom tux so we decided to return to Indochino to try again. I spoke with the manager and she promised me that they would "make it right" when we returned. We returned with the groomsmen and everyone got fitted at the same time we re-chose custom tuxes for my fiancé and the groomsmen. When it was time to pay I asked if we would be getting a discount (even 10%) for the inconvenience and time we wasted during our first visit to Indochino. The manager responded with, "We don't do that." I was livid. They did NOTHING to "make it right." One of the groomsmen even had a coupon and they would not let him use it. We received my fiancés tux tonight and the shirt has a stain on it. We also did not receive the bow tie, cuff links, or studs that we bought with the tux. The pants do not fit right and one of the groomsman had to get his jacket re-done because it did not fit right. Not only did we receive far from good customer service, we did not receive everything we paid for. We expected SO much more from Indochino. Once we get my fiancés tux just right for our wedding we will never return to Indochino. read more

Do yourself a favor and stay far, far, far away from this company - especially if your suiting up for something as important as your wedding. Ignore the fake reviews. These are cheaply made suits sent directly from China. Their customer service team is offshore as well. They will not answer their store phone, call you back, or give out manager contact info. They do not have a dedicated support line, for obvious reasons, and their live chat is useless. If you still move forward with purchasing even a tie clip from this company after reading this review, and have the unfortunate experience with dealing with "Rav" or "Luisa" you will surely feel my frustration. Trust me on this, I am not one to leave negative reviews or bash a company, ever. read more

The shirts I purchased from Indochino have become my go to shirts. The process took much longer than I anticipated. But the quality was worth the wait. In late December or early January I ordered five shirts. They came in a few weeks later and they did not fit. After a secondary fitting, they were reordered. The second order did not fit either After a third fitting, I finally got shirts that fit. They arrived today, April 13th. I am completely happy with the final product and I will be a returning customer. One important lesson here was that you have to very forcefully tell them you want a traditional fit or they will try to stick you in a tapered/fitted style. I give them 4 stars because they stuck with me as their customer, to get the shirts done to my satisfaction. That is rare in retail business these days. read more

Terrible company and even worse customer service. I urge anyone reading this to never use this company! They will take your money and you will never have clothes that fit. They will make you go through endless remakes and never get it right. Now they won't remake the clothes anymore so I am stuck with clothes that will never fit. Have a *very* formal cruise coming up in June, and was in need of a new tux. Looked around online and narrowed it down to two tuxes: one from Suitsupply and one from Indochino, which are conveniently located in the same shopping center in Buckhead, right next to Lenox Square. Went into Indochino first, where I was greeted pleasantly. Masks seemed to be required (cause they've been SO effective), so I put mine on. I was asked if I had a reservation, which I didn't, and was then told that I'd need one. Not the greatest welcome or experience. I told them I'd think about it, and I walked across the parking lot to Suitsupply. No masks (thank god), extremely friendly and welcoming staff, and no wait or reservation required! They had the tux I found online in stock, and I was measured and out the door in less than 20 minutes. The associate with whom I worked even gave me her personal number so I could reach out and schedule a time to meet with herMaybe Indochino has so much business that it can afford to turn customers away? Regardless, I got the tux I wanted, and it'll be ready within two weeks. Win for me, win for Suitsupply, not so much of a win for Indochino. read more
