I bought a couple of bags in early December for my wife, but she wasn't feeling one of the two, so I attempted to return it two weeks after that Christmas weekend, and they said they cannot accept it because it was beyond their exchange time limit of 30 days. The manager of the store actually suggested it would better if I shop in the store later in the month! What kind of holiday policy is that? read more

I absolutely love Tory Burch shoes. In fact, I practically live in my Reva flats. Because I have small feet, I have to shop at shoe boutiques where I know they carry my size. Tory Burch has the cutest flat shoes, pumps, and boots. Even their sneakers are cute. Although other high-end department stores carry their line, it's at this store when you can get your size for sure. Tip: They usually follow the sale schedules of Saks and Neiman. read more

Amazing service! I was in shopping for a pair of sandal with my husband and son. My son, who is just over a year, pulled a few pairs of shoes off the rack & they didn't bat an eye. Our sales associate kept talking about her kids & how she wished they were still his size. She helped me pick out a few pairs of shoes. Brought them each out in multiple sizes & helped me select a pair based on what I liked and disliked. Very through and didn't rush me especially considering how busy they were. While checking out she noticed my husband was military & thanked him for his service and even brought me out a gift with purchase (a $95 cosmetic bag). I can't say enough about the service at Tory Burch Atlanta!! Story: Soon after arriving in NY, I fell in love with a pair of Tory Burch sandals that happened to be on sale. I called every single NYC store to see if they had it, and if not if they'd be able to look in the nationwide database to see if they could order it. Everyone who picked up was extremely rude (due to the fact the shoes were on sale) and unwilling to help. So in a moment of desperation, I called home to Tory Burch in Atlanta. They didn't have my size available in store but they immediately offered to look for it nationwide - ended up finding a pair in Honolulu and shipped it to me for free! Other than that I've had several other great shopping experiences here because the staff is incredible. Just a tip, if you don't see a size in the small storefront, definitely ask for another size because they will most likely have it in the back. read more

This review is from an experience in May 2013... Horrible customer service at this store. I waited 10 minutes patiently before someone offered to assist me with shoes. I was looked over while the sales associate offered to help other customers who had just walked in. While I was trying on a pair of shoes, another associate, who had seen me waiting and never offered an "I'll be right with you," carelessly kicked the shoes I came in wearing across the floor as she walked to another customer. She didn't bother to acknowledge or even apologize until after I had sighed out of frustration and disappointment. I was gifted a TB bag in California during vacation, but after 7 months the strap broke off. So i brought the bag to Tory Burch in Phipps Plaza hoping there was a warranty or any repairs they do at the store. As other reviewers mentioned, when I first walked into the store none of the sales people greeted me or offered to help, but it seemed like they were all helping other customers. So I perused the store while waiting for an available salesperson. I ended up walking up to one because it seemed like they were not the very proactive type. Besides the slow/reactive customer service Tory Burch offered to send me a completely new bag shipped to my house for FREE! I really did wear out that purse so I was completely ecstatic to hear that I would get a brand new one!! Obviously i took off one star for the service, but the policy TB has is just unbeatable!!! read more

Do yourself a favor and go to Nordstrom on Bloomingdales for your Tory purchases. The sales associates here are RUDE and combative almost. I went in there hoping for a store credit or a repair. I had purchased a $550 bag (on sale) in JAnuary, which started having MAJOR foundational issues only a few months after I purchased it. Instead of being helpful the manager told me it was my fault. She accused me of not putting enough items in the bag, said I needed to stuff it, and then told me not to FOLD the bag. She said all of this after telling me that this was normal wear and tear of the bag. Clearly it wasn't. And she proved that by accusing me of folding the bag. Why on earth would someone fold up her purse? I have a wallet, two purses, and two pairs of sunglasses from here. I will never be back. Never buying directly from TB again. I hear Nordstrom has excelled customer service. read more

I LOVE this store! Each time I go I'm torn on what to buy due to wanting one of everything. It's a beautiful store and I like the selection. The quality of the products is great, too. However, I do agree with the other reviewers when it comes to the customer service. No one acknowledges me when I first come in and, more times than not, I have to ask for assistance. I find that unacceptable, especially when shopping at a high-end store. I do remember being greeted and helped by a lady named Ebony and she was extremely nice, attentive, and helpful. Round of applause for her, because the other associates just walk around aimlessly as if they seriously just want to go home. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in Atlanta (and that says a lot). An employee named Emily thought that helping me exchange a pair of boots meant telling me that Tory Burch is "not for everyone". When I asked to try a different style of boot she said "if this style dosen't fit you, none of them will". I am a size 6 1/2 with wide calves which I know can be difficult but I never expected such blatant rudeness and apathy. After she grudgingly brought me three pairs to try I ended up just asking for a store credit and made a plan to come back and see a different sales associate. To which her response was *eye roll!!* and barked "just sign these four receipts". Tory Burch herself is actually a personal family friend who would be horrified to know how her Atlanta store was treating their customers. Unfortunately I think I will end up waiting to go back to NYC and continue shopping there. I love Tory's products and style but the Atlanta Store made me extremely hesitant to go back. read more

Tory Burch has excellent customer service. I was having problems with one of my purses, so I decided to take it in and see what they could do for me. They said I could either go to a leather repair shop or bring it back to be replaced. The leather repair was too much money and too much time. So I took the purse back to Tory Burch and they would replace my purse of the price for what I purchased it for. When I purchased it, it was on sale with 25% off. So they did the same with the new purse. They were very helpful and just want their customers to be happy. Make sure to ask for Mercedes if you go to the new Lenox location. I shop in this store semi-regularly because I love Tory Burch shoes and bags. It has gotten to the point, however, that I would rather order online, because the sales associates in this store are just not helpful. Recently, after trying to make eye contact with three different employees, none of whom were doing anything, I finally got one to say, "oh, do you want to try those on?".
