Unfortunately, we experienced significant issues, including delayed orders and multiple individual orders that were incorrect or incomplete. In addition, the stores were intended to serve as fundraisers for our organizations. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter and acknowledgment from the company regarding the outstanding funds, we have still not received the fundraiser payouts owed to our nonprofits. After exhausting our efforts to work directly with the company, we have turned the matter over to our nonprofit attorneys for further action. I'd asked one of the guests what they thought about the class and what format it was and they said they loved it. So when I went inside and started talking to the front desk staff I quickly learned that this was a mega former and treadmill class. Whaaaaaaat, how cool and how challenging. I was instantly intrigued and had to take a class. On top of that, the studio was beautiful with a whole storefront at the entrance. Here's what I loved and didn't love as much during my visit, + the studio was walkable for me and easy to get to + they have a wide range of athletic brands, including SPANX! + front desk staff and instructors were very friendly + I liked the format and flow of the class + the self paced treadmills were awesome + we received complimentary eye masks this day + I scored 2 Beyond Yoga tank tops for $25 each + enjoyed the playlist during class + loved the lighting changing with the intensity of class There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the studio or class. I believe the class was $35 which is right in line with a standard workout class especially one with expensive equipment. When I brought this to their attention, their response was not just dismissive -- it was downright condescending. They told me the return "shouldn't have been necessary" and claimed I "chose to proceed" with the order despite the error -- which is flat-out false. I placed the order first, noticed the issue later, and asked them to clarify. Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.
