Went to Fabletics at the Perimeter Mall and had the greatest shopping experience EVER! Between the sales associate Reyna M. and the manager Jermaine with their dynamic sales skills and love of gab, I tried to buy ever item in the store!!! TBH, they will have you feeling like you look absolutely terrific in every thing you try on. Got home and tried on outfits again to be sure they weren't gaslighting me and to my excitement they were not. The garments I did purchase were worth every penny. No buyers remorse here. My only concern is that there is a Fabletics close to home. I'm gonna go broke!!! read more

When I walked into the store I was greeted. I came inside not really knowing what I wanted or What to look for. While walking around the store and looking at the different type of clothing and leggings I decided to ask someone for help. I explained my problem with workout pants and she quickly knew how to assist me. She went over to the compression section and showed me high waisted as well. Told me what size would be good for me and even told me to do some squats and jumps to see if they may move or roll down. The lady knew exactly what she was doing and I appreciate her for that. She even tried to sell me up on a waist trainer (off topic) but she was very nice. I was able to pick up 2 pairs for $24 and they threw in a free women empowerment shirt as well which I thought was awesome! The store is nice, bright and airy. I was told they had been open since June of 2020. I look forward to stopping in again soon. read more

I think people who rate Fabletics poorly don't take the time to understand how it works. I signed up for Fabletics years ago to take advantage of their new member deals and loved their leggings! They've lasted me 8 years! I cancelled my membership after my first order since I didn't want to risk forgetting to skip a month, which is always an option so you don't get charged. Fast forward to this week, and I was excited to discover an in-store Fabletics! Charleston was SUPER helpful and friendly! She explained that I could sign up again and take advantage of the 2 for $24 leggings, and she also explained the different cuts of leggings. Since I love their leggings, this time I'm thinking about keeping the membership and just skipping every month until I decide I want something else. I've always seen Fabletics ad's when scrolling down my instagram feed so it was cool to go into an actual brick and mortar store. All the sales associates in the store were very friendly with telling us the days deals/sales and assisting with any questions i had on items. For the most part the sales mimicked what I saw online. You even have the chance to sign up and become a member in store so you can take hold of the new member specials. I was honestly skeptical about the quality of the clothing so seeing it in person was great. Clothes felt and looked great. I love the options and variety in the store. read more

I looked up Fabletics on Google Maps to see how many stores there were in my city, and I was surprised to see such a low rating for this location! I was even more surprised to see the same thing on Yelp! I went for the first time yesterday, and I had the most fabulous customer service experience with Anna! She was knowledgeable about the product and was able to effectively explain the pros and cons of each fabric type. I am currently wearing the Motion 365 leggings and I LOVE them, they are the most comfortable leggings I have ever worn! I will definitely go back to try some of their other styles in the future, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. read more

I am so disappointed with the lack of accountability and seemingly indifference with their delivery contractor. I was so excited about my order and had renewed my membership. My package sat at the vendor contracted to deliver my package and Fabletics asked me if I had contacted them. I told them I did contact them twice and gave them the residential address although my mailing address was also a valid address. I have never had any problems receiving packages via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. I received a new order from CHINA in 6 days. My order with Fabletics was placed on 3/9. It has been at the delivery service from 3/15-3/26 until I asked for a refund. That is 11 days when the company, Lasership, is only 30 mins from me. Fabletics is not reading their reviews. When the store says they don't have support- buyer beware. read more
