I then reached out and found out that she works by appointments only. It is a home business and there are two rooms in the house for suits. The room was organized and the suits were grouped by category and color. Competition suits are quite expensive and these were reasonably priced and good quality. Liners were provided so can try the suits in. I tried on a few and fell in love with a color that wasn't on my list to try on. I definitely recommend this place and I will return for my next show!

My wife was helping me look for some new swim trunks and introduced me to the Chubbies brand. I'd…read morenever heard of Chubbies before and immediately became a fan because (1) they have really fun styles, (2) they had sizes that fit me off the rack, (3) their materials are high-quality, and (4) they have great customer service. Overall, Chubbies just has a good vibe. Their marketing is funny too. I got The Prehistoric Blues 5.5" (Classic Swim Trunk) for $69.50 with a free New Avenue Weekend T-Shirt. After tax, the trunks were $74.54, but I got $11.18 off (15% off) for joining Chubbies Rewards, so my final total was $63.36. I'm short (5-7) and have had to get a lot of shorts and pants tailored to be shorter to fit me better. I like that Chubbies has a wide array of shorts with 7" and shorter inseams, so I don't have to get them tailored. Short shorts have been in again and this is a great place to get them. As far as the designs went, I was having a harder time than expected finding swim trunks with fun patterns that I liked. If I liked a pattern from another brand, then that other brand didn't have my size. Chubbies not only had several patterns that I liked, but they also had multiple sizes that fit me, down to the ultra-short 4" inseam. Also, I like Chubbies' quality and attention to detail. For example, their liners come in fun patterns too. The Prehistoric Blues is dark blue with leaves and dinosaurs in light blue and pink. Three pockets. The back pocket zipper pull and lining are fuchsia. I loved these trunks so much that I got a second pair about a couple months later. My second pair is The Floral Reefs 5.5" (Classic Swim Trunk). I got them for $69.50 with 15% off = $59.08. Plus $4.29 tax, so my total was $63.37. The Floral Reefs have colorful red and yellow hibiscus flowers with green leaves against a solid blue backdrop. Again, like The Prehistoric Blues, The Floral Reefs have three pockets. Very functional. I love them too. Perhaps what I like best about Chubbies swim trunks are they are fast-drying. They dry faster than my Brooks Brothers and Patagonia swim trunks. Quick-drying swimwear is certainly a plus when traveling. This Chubbies store opened in November 2016 at Ponce City Market. It's located on the 2nd floor, above the food hall. It's directly above Tap on Ponce, Pizza Jeans, and Bibi.

I almost always find something and there are many beautiful options. My only slight "complaint" is that they don't carry a lot of larges. I straddle the line between medium and large, but I wish I could try on both options in-store, though the online store has much more sizing options. Regardless, still love it!
