The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. In one word- timeless! We were incredibly happy to find a local store that carries men's fashion (not all locations do). The Marietta location is perfectly situated on the Marietta square, which is simply delightful! The ladies who work at this location are kind, friendly, helpful and really give great customer service. I deducted a star, though, due to their small in house stock. My husband wears an XL and they never seem to have any. The sales ladies are/were kind enough to special order several shirts in his size and hold them in the back until we could come back and try them on- which was 2 weeks later! I was shocked when we came back that the wonderful sales lady remembered us AND our names! Talk about service! We walked out with every shirt in his size and a stunning retro hot pink wool coat for me! Love this location and will definitely come back again!!

From the greeting itself when I entered the store, I knew it would be a great experience. Lily was my sales person and she was very kind, warm and friendly. Right away, she asked how she could help and took my measurement. From there she guided me through several racks but in my size only so I could focus my search. She was helpful but not pushy and I really appreciate this style of selling. She felt like a partner in my outfit search! While I tried on the several outfits we had chosen, she stood by my side and made comments (but not overly). I am pretty decisive and do not need opinions in general but she was helpful. She gave me a reasonable price on the two outfits I ended up purchasing after going to several other stores and coming back to Lily for the purchase. What I want to mention is that most of the stores in Global Mall have TERRIBLE customer service. Most of them have old clothes/styles to begin with and are not helpful whatsoever. They are not friendly, they are lazy. At places like Ladlee the girls sit around and gossip (loudly) and make for a terrible shopping experience. Elan is well organized, beautiful and again, thanks to wonderful people like Lily, the shopping experience is a very good one. I will definitely shop at Elan again!

I frequent this store and I have to say they have some of the most friendly, welcoming, and helpful employees for a store located inside a mall. The ladies here are always a pleasure to deal with. Each and every one of them. When you walk in they greet you and if you have items they always inquire about setting aside a fitting room with your items. As, I'm not the most decisive when it comes to purchasing clothing, I generally have lots of questions about fit and they always patiently respond to my questions. They have had to order items for me that weren't in stock at their location, I've returned something before that I purchased at another location, I have spent an hour in the store fretting over a purchase I was unsure about and each time the ladies here provided nothing but excellent customer service. As for the store, it's always clean the dressing rooms are tidy and items in the store are neatly arranged on their respective racks. In the back left corner of the store, near the fitting room area you will find the markdown items. I've found more than a few gems back there. Check it out.

I was shopping for dresses over the weekend and decided to stop in Loft. I have never shopped here…read morebefore but figured I'd check it out because all of my friends LOVE it. I found a dress, tried it on, decided I'd like to purchase it. Only problem was they only have one in my size and it was damaged. I asked a sales associate to check the other stores to see if one had that same dress in my size undamaged. First they called Lenox, then Atlantic Station. They couldn't do anyone to check on the item. They then offered to order the item. I didn't need the dress right away so I was fine with it. Then they hit me with the "Do you want to open a store credit card today?" My answer was "No thank you." I don't need a credit card for a store I never shopped at before. The associate started to get a bit of attitude and informed me I would have to pay shipping because I do not have the store card. I thought this was ridiculous and decided to pass on the dress. Overall I was disappointed in the level of customer service at this location. I get that stores have policies but making a customer pay shipping on an item that they cannot get in the store because it is damaged is ridiculous especially at the price point they are selling. Next time I pass a LOFT store in the mall I will probably pass.
