I am always hyper aware that I am being watched fairly closely when I'm in the store but today I overheard one of the sales associates complaining about a black man that was asking for him to unlock the cage for him to buy a product and him saying it's a privilege for them to even be here and when I asked for clarification of what was meant by that comment, I was just meant with a lot of performative confusion, but needless to say, I heard what I heard and will not be back. It's really sad to know that you think so little of the people who are your main patrons and it's actually a privilege to have us as customers.

I am writing to a complaint regarding my recent shopping experience at the Michael Kors outlet…read morelocated at 915 Ridgewalk Pkwy Suite 808, Woodstock, GA. On 25th January 2025 I purchased a coat as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately, the size I bought was too big for her. The sales associate at the store influenced me to purchase the coat despite it being the wrong size by offering a 10% discount, making the item final sale. Instead of assisting me in finding the correct size--either online or from another store--the associate prioritized pushing the sale. The following day 26th January 2025, I discovered the correct size was available on Michael Kors' official website. I returned to the store, hoping they would help me exchange the item or assist with ordering the correct size online. However, the store staff refused to help or facilitate an exchange, citing the final sale policy. This lack of customer service and refusal to accommodate reasonable requests has left me feeling misled and scammed by the store's practices. Popped into Brooks Brothers on our recent trip to the outlets in search of casual/upscale attire…read morefor an upcoming cocktail party. The store is laid out really well. It is bright, open, organized, clean and in great condition. Each area was clearly defined and easily to navigate to and from. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

Other times it seems the place feels like a funeral parlor so creepy quiet that you can hear a pin drop. I don't think they're a true Factory outlet in that I think the prices are still pretty much what their regular retailer charges. I think the items sold here are bit different than what you can find at the regular stores. I think I rather shop at their regular store better because I think the customer service is usually outstanding in those stores. Not a bad deal) I came in today to actually buy a baby gift for a baby shower I am going to where they won't tell you what sex the baby is going to be....annoying....I almost just went to Wal-Mart and bought them a bunch of pampers and baby wipes because they're going to need it...but in the ended up buying the little tiny baby booties for about $22..... I should note that some of the classics that they sell aren't discounted so you just have to make sure you read the signs carefully. This store has some of the nicest people that work here. This store was recommended to me by a friend. I usually go to Rigby and Peller and know my sizing…read morethere. When you are sized at Rigby and Peller you are given your size and why. They explain to you how each part is the bra should fit and why. I was fitted at a 32E and my breasts looked great in my clothes and in my bras. However, they are around $130-$230 a bra, which is why I agreed to try Soma. When I went to Soma, everyone was pretty friendly upfront. They put this sports bra looking device on me and let it tell me what bra size I should be. The device said 36C. I would love to be a C since it is way less expensive but it is just not the case. Companies will go higher around the waist so they can go lower in the cup but you will not get that perfect fit. The person sizing me said ok let's try a 34DD. My experience at Rigby and Peller gave me enough knowledge to see that the band was too high bc it was too large around, which makes your chest sag and breasts not sit properly in the cup. There was also a gap at the top of the cup bc it was not laying flush on my chest, also an indication the bra was not fitting properly. The clerk was happy to sell me the wrong size even though she knew it didn't for correctly. I explained to her why I didn't think the bra fit correctly and she said, "yeah, I noticed that". So why didn't she say anything? She knew what sizes she had in the store and wanted to make the sell more than she wanted me to have a proper fitting bra. I highly recommend going to the higher end store, get sized, bite the bullet and pay the high amount. Then use that size to shop elsewhere for a future bra. Different bra brands you will need a different size but get the knowledge of how a bra is supposed to fit and you will have a great starting place. Once the staff knew I was purchasing the bras there, they immediately switched from super nice to almost annoyed that I was still there. I won't shop there again.
