The goal was to buy my brother's daughter a graduation gift card as a suprise. After calling the…read morestore 3-4 times, the website was quick and easy so I thought. surprise The store folks were helpful, although not knowledgeable. During the transaction, the website generated a random email to send the confirmation which I could not change. Since my time zone is 3 hours away I call again the next day and was told I already had the email. I asked her to resend it, which seemed simple enough, but CLAUDIAHEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER | DRESS UP CORPORATE would not. I was only given the number and the amount which would not present well. I asked for the funds back. Yes, disappointed!

I don't think it's fair that you can only get your bday coupon on your birthday it should be the whole month like other places. Some people can't make it out on their birthday! The sales associate wasn't that friendly today and that's not the first time a sales associate treated me this way. I tried to disregard it because it's not that many places to shop anymore. I still think I'll take my business elsewhere. The manager even thanked me for shopping with them and spending a lot. It's said that they have people working in there. Their prices are too high to get that level of treatment they give. So today I didn't spend that much because I didn't spend that much because I dint like the way I was treated. The sales associates working there need a little bit more training on how to deal with all kinds of customers. This is the west Cobb avenue location.

I stopped in here today looking for some accessories - specifically some wooden bracelets. I don't…read moreknow if the owners read these reviews and lectured the staff causing them to go to the opposite end of the spectrum or what - because I certainly wasn't ignored today. I felt like two of the salesgirls / saleswomen stalked me because they thought I was gonna steal one of their 'hand-made, unique pieces." Insert eye roll. Both salesgirls were attractive (in a natural / 'modelesque' way), thin, young- looking blondes. They were standing around talking loudly with someone (customer? friend? manager?) when I entered - but they abandoned that conversation as I headed towards the back. Salesgirl 1 approached me and asked if she could help me find anything. When I responded, she said, quite loudly, that they didn't have any. Less than 90 seconds later, Salesgirl 2 approached me and asked if she could help me find anything. Unless Salesgirl 2 has hearing issues - I found it unnecessary and odd that she would follow me and ask me a question that I had clearly already answered. I hung around for a few minutes - just to keep them on their toes - but I decided NOT to shoplift anything today. Lol. If you don't want to be ignored - try black-face or an afro - they'll smother you with attention! To end things on a positive note - the store interior and aesthetics are pretty nice. The textured, unpolished cement floors, horse fashioned from driftwood - the mannequins with big poofs of hydrangeas simulating afros - it was all lovely.

I bought a cute dress from Fabrik today. Adorable and knowledgeable ladies on staff. They…read morerecommended several items that I loved as well. So of course I had to get the necklace too. Better than reasonable prices set in an artsy atmosphere. Will be back soon!
