The clothing is pricey, but nothing more than what you'd pay full price at Macy's or any other boutique carrying the same brands. It's also a bit tight and hard to see everything in stock. You have to be in the mood to dig. I will agree with some of the other reviewers that the customer service is hit or miss. I've been in a few times in the past few months, and I've had very pleasant experiences all the way to being completely ignored. I will say when I asked if they had a specific item in stock (maybe in the back?) the associate told me everything was out. I was in the store a couple of days later, and the exact item I needed was magically there. That was a little frustrating as the opportunity to gift the item had passed, and they could have just checked to make sure they didn't have it when I asked. Oh well.

(I went into the Woodstock location once) I went in again around November of 2016 and just a couple of days ago. While I thought their items were pretty cute I didn't care for their service. The 3 times I was there not once did the sales girl ever greeted me or offer to help me. The first time I went in there the woman that worked there was helping another woman and then when she finished helping that woman out-she then went and greeted another woman that came in after me and asked if she could help her even though I know she saw me looking around the store. The second time I was there in Nov. the girl was reading a book behind the cash register the entire time I was there. So no I do not recommend this place nor would I spend my money here!

Honeybutter is a boutique that offers uniquely styled dressers, sweaters, shorts, blouses, and jewelry. The price is affordable and whenever I come in here, I can find something for work, an evening out, or a cocktail gathering. I can't say that about too many other boutiques in the Atlanta-area. Looking for me? You'll find me at a Honeybutter in your neighborhood (on PayDay, of course)

Disappointed by How a Loyal Customer Was Treated…read more I have been a longtime customer and supporter of The Drake House and genuinely admire the important work this organization does for our community. That's what makes this experience particularly disappointing. I recently purchased a Mulberry handbag from one of their thrift stores that was represented as authentic. After getting home and researching the bag further, I discovered that it was not authentic. I returned to the store and politely requested a refund, explaining that I would never have purchased the handbag had I known it wasn't genuine. The associate at the register was absolutely lovely and professional. Unfortunately, the person in charge chose to communicate through the associate rather than speak with me directly. I was told that all sales are final and that they do not guarantee the authenticity of everything they sell. My issue is simple: If an item is represented and sold as an authentic designer handbag, the customer should reasonably expect it to be authentic. Despite explaining the situation and my history as a loyal customer, management refused to refund my money and offered only store credit. A store credit is not a refund. The organization still has my money, and I am left having to spend it in their stores. What made the situation even more frustrating was that management reportedly justified the decision by sharing a personal experience of purchasing a counterfeit Gucci handbag elsewhere and receiving no compensation. I'm not sure how another store's poor customer service justifies repeating it. I fully understand and respect that The Drake House is a charitable organization doing wonderful things. However, being a nonprofit should not mean being exempt from fair and ethical retail practices. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was simply asking for the right thing to be done when an item was sold as something it wasn't. I sincerely hope leadership reconsiders how situations like this are handled. A loyal customer should not have to choose between supporting a worthy cause and expecting honesty, accountability, and fair treatment.
