Brooks Brothers is one of my favorite clothing brands. I love their non-iron dress shirts and sport shirts, Golden Fleece polos, and wrinkle-resistant pants. I wear them everyday to work. I normally shop at the Brooks Brothers at Lenox Square (http://www.yelp.com/biz/brooks-brothers-atlanta-4), at Brooks Brothers outlets, or online. However, I happened to swing by this Brooks Brothers location at Perimeter Mall and picked up three dress shirts for work. It took a few years, but I eventually phased out all non-Brooks Brothers non-iron dress shirts from my wardrobe so now my dress shirt inventory contains almost nothing but Brooks Brothers non-iron dress shirts. The shirts are worth the cost. They are high quality. Not only do they look clean, sharp, and freshly pressed at all times, but they last a long time too. I continue to wear some shirts regularly to work that are 10+ years old. They still look great. Some remarkably look nearly new. The shirts I picked up at this store included two point-collar dress shirts (one stripe, one pinstripe) and one button-down collar dress shirt (with alternating stripes). Brooks Brothers dress shirts come in different fits. I prefer the Milano fit (extra slim fit). I used to buy the Regent (slim) and even Madison (regular) fits, but had to take those shirts to a tailor to have them taken in. I'm glad Brooks Brothers finally decided to come out with an extra slim fit. The point-collar shirts come with plastic collar stays. Like most Brooks Brothers retail products, the tiny details can make a difference. The plastic collar stays are firm, not flimsy, and actually feature the gold Brooks Brothers logo. I like these kinds of small touches that Brooks Brothers puts into its products. Other examples include the logo embroidered on the inside of pants' waist linings and the brand name etched into each individual button on certain dress shirts. It's nice. Perhaps best of all, I never have to take any of my Brooks Brothers clothes to the dry cleaner. I can machine wash and dry everything at home. The shirts come out of my dryer looking crisp and ironed, lines intact. It's like magic. Service at this store was good. The store wasn't busy and I was helped the entire time. I recommend trying on everything before you decide to buy. read more

The guys that work at Perimeter are Great! The clothes can't be beat if you want quality. Ask for help they have 4 cuts in shirts and at least 4 cuts in chinos. read more

The merchandise is wonderful, but I am giving two stars for the poor customer service we received at the Perimeter Mall location. We were in the store for at least ten minutes, browsing and trying to find what we needed while several staff members walked passed us without any greeting or offering to help. Not even "someone will be with you shortly." It was not even busy! There were only about 5 other shoppers in the store. We left and went to the Lenox Square location where the staff was very helpful and friendly (coincidentally, it was much busier at Lenox, too--but they found time to greet us and assist us immediately as we walked in). For that price, people deserve good customer service. read more

Salesman (shorter older man with beard) that I was dealing with was OK, but two of his co-workers, on separate occasions, interrupted me and the one salesman. One guy (grey hair, constant talker) did it twice. Others seemed more interested in football game than me. If I wanted to be interrupted and ignored that much, I would teach 3 year olds. Generally, good stuff and good service? At least at other stores. read more

This is the third or fourth time I've made a purchase at this store. I have been extremely satisfied with their product (best dress shirts I've ever had and some still made in USA!) However what I truly appreciate is the great service I get. I've never been made to feel like I don't belong in the store and the sales reps check to make sure you need help without hovering to asking constantly like some department stores. REMEMBER WHEN... Back in the day Brooks Brothers set the tone for upscale business clothes and offered a cool and polished look for the business professional. Today when I entered the store it was unrecognizable and it was not cool in the least. I was in looking for a nice special occasion tie and all I saw was the "Baptist Grandpa" collection. There was not one tie in the entire collection of ties that had personality or swag. I looked up at the employees and the other shopper and realized that this was no longer the Brooks Brothers of old. They are now serving an entirely different population. I don't care how old you are or what race you are, if you have even just a little swag going on, this is NOT your store! Keep it moving!! A-OK for those who have given up! read more

Best suits and shirts you can get and the service is un-matched. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently went into the store to replace some 6 year old pants. After weekly wear, the last pair had finally given up. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and shown to the items needed. As the length was being marked my wife commented on the fit. The salesman suggested an adjustment that made the fit perfect and included the change at no additional charge. read more

Compared with their Lenox store, this one has less selection of merchandise but is also less crowded. That means you will probably get more attention from salesmen and better service. Additionally, their in-store tailoring service is superior than the one at Lenox. However, it is advised that you call in advance before you visit the store to check out their tailored clothing as the tailor is not there everyday. read more

We needed to buy a mens suit and went in there TWICE for a suit and had bad customer service both times. When they didn't have our size on the rack, the guy told us "I don't have your size". He should have said, that he would order one from another store, or I'll try a bigger size and tailor it for free, or SOMETHING! He totally lost our business. We told him we would look elsewhere in the mall, and he said okay. Customer Service is gone. read more

I don't normally do reviews but the level of service by this store really impressed me. The short story is I bought some shirts online that were on sale, I guess I was thinking of my college days when I ordered but they arrived and they were way to big, I thought of returning via FedEx but the CSR told me it would be 3-4 weeks for the exchange to arrive so I decided to head down to the perimeter location to try my luck there. I must admit I was hesitant as I know returning or exchanging can be hit or miss as far as the level of service. I called ahead and spoke to Alan, I hope that's his name but older guy, who seemed to know his stuff, to ask if they had the shirts that I bought in stock, when I got there he took the time to not only run around and find the size I needed but also measured my neck to make sure they would fit. He did an outstanding job, he did so well I bought a couple ties from him as well. He wrapped and packed up the exchanges and ties like I had just spent 1k in their store, not once did he complain or roll his eyes or act like he was bothered, to top it off the store was busy so I'm sure he was missing a sale due to having to deal with me. His level of CS was and is the reason that I will only shop for dress shirts at Brooks and that particular store, he made a customer for life and I will refer anyone looking for great quality dress clothing and excellent customer service to perimeter Brooks Bros and Alan.
