The staff is friendly and helpful (usually-on my most recent visit there was an entirely new staff set that had never seen and it was def different than normal) I am a pretty regular Madewell customer and this is my go-to local store-I also worked at the old in mall location a decade ago so when I say I am a regular, I really mean that. Large sale area. They seem to gather most of the accessories and shoes. And they get the trendier things that other locations don't, but not a huge quantity. I do wish they had a men's section at this location and I truly do not understand why they do not while other, smaller locations do. They also seem to be less likely to get a large stock of items and I do find that I need to go elsewhere (I'm someone that needs to try on before buying and prefers to do so rather than buying blind online and having to return) Also just a note: most of the photos on Yelp, are not of this location (nor are they of the old location)

Actually all the associates were friendly and helpful. They have all the latest New Balance men, women, & kids. They will gladly order to the store if not available. I would rate the service hit or miss. Like others have mentioned - sometimes I am delighted and other times I am disappointed, but because I love the quality and selection of merchandise so I will always come back! A salesperson who is not attentive or barely polite is a disincentive to buyers who can spend their money any place they choose. So to the Mgr of Sundance - do some coaching with your associates and select staff wisely. It's the difference between shoppers spending a couple of hundred dollars vs a couple of thousand.

When the salespeople rang up the order, they refused to take the 20% off, because it was "on in store purchases only". I call this BAIT AND SWITCH. The sales person brought out two other pairs of Kork Ease shoes in another style, but of course they were not what I wanted. This store is always hit or miss, some of the associates are nice, others not so much. The BAIT And switch tactics are not what I expected from Sundance, and I have no idea why they would do this. Have no desire to go back anytime soon if they take advantage of loyal customers.
