A younger teenage employee was helping me. First, he told me he couldn't find the color. I specifically said "Merlot". He tells me he can't find that color. I describe it as a "burgundy-like color". Again, he tells me no. I go to double check my records, then go back to the store a few minutes later, insisting that he check again. Twenty minutes later, I figure out that he thought I said "yellow" instead of merlot. I also found that he couldn't find my community name because he was only looking back in the system for the past couple of years. When I ask him, "You can only look back to 2010?" He finally says, "Well, I can look back to 2008, I think." Why do I have to ask that? Furthermore, I was so flustered and frustrated, I didn't realize he gave me flat paint, which has to be perfectly applied. My door shows a few streaks which I'm going to have to paint over again. I was completely irritated--I'd never shop there again.

The staff is a little "hit or miss". During one recent visit, the staff was less than helpful and wasn't able to answer questions regarding the cost of wall-covering. On my most recent visit, the staff was great - the young man working the store was knowledgeable and helpful. He greted us as soon as we arrived and aksed how he could help us. He was very friendly and professional Like most Sherwin-Williams locations, the store was well-stocked and had what we needed.

The one line winds you around and around until you stop at a place where you wait for one of the cashiers to call out that you are next. True, TJMaxx has a similar line, but at least they have an indicator that tells you which cashier you can go to. Depending on how busy the store is, you could be in the checkout line longer than the time you spent actually shopping.

She pointed out that the display table was the only one remaining. As I noticed a huge scratch crossed it I ask if there was a discount due to it being damaged. She informed me I needed to load the dining room table up, and take it to the front desk to ask them?!?! Are we serious? Therefore thanked her for her time and just walked away. Then through the huge store I encountered several other employees completely ignoring me, there was zero eye contact, or even a grin. Seems that the employees there are extremely miserable. What's up for the gentleman at the register which was very cheery, however, he didn't wrap my breakables OR offer me a bag for my items??? Oh, and the restrooms!!!! I noticed a large drip of menstrual blood right in front of the toilet.... And while washing my hands, I looked at the filth splattered up and down the walls, the baseboards were completely coated in filth! Just absolutely disgusting. Walmart's bathrooms were even cleaner than this. lol I recall years back visiting the Hilliard location when it first opened and they seemed to have higher quality items than they do now. Most everything in the store is cheap. China made junk at an elevated price. I'm sticking with HomeGoods, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx. And lastly, the parking lot.... I almost didn't even go into the store because they had several large shopping carts being swept around the parking lot with the high winds. Nobody wants their cars damaged. Bottom line, rude, unhelpful employees, high prices for low quality items, filthy disgusting restrooms.
