I thought the store was clean and well-arranged. This was my first visit to any At Home store, and I have a few observations and suggestions. First, the checkout process was arduous. The one line winds you around and around until you stop at a place where you wait for one of the cashiers to call out that you are next. True, TJMaxx has a similar line, but at least they have an indicator that tells you which cashier you can go to. Depending on how busy the store is, you could be in the checkout line longer than the time you spent actually shopping. read more

Multiple issues with this past visit. Let's start from the beginning, where I found a dining room table that I was interested in purchasing, as a looked for an associate there is one right next to me with a scanner so I took over the information for her to scan to tell me where on the shelves I could find the item boxed up. She pointed out that the display table was the only one remaining. As I noticed a huge scratch crossed it I ask if there was a discount due to it being damaged. She informed me I needed to load the dining room table up, and take it to the front desk to ask them?!?! Are we serious? Therefore thanked her for her time and just walked away. Then through the huge store I encountered several other employees completely ignoring me, there was zero eye contact, or even a grin. Seems that the employees there are extremely miserable. What's up for the gentleman at the register which was very cheery, however, he didn't wrap my breakables OR offer me a bag for my items??? Oh, and the restrooms!!!! I noticed a large drip of menstrual blood right in front of the toilet.... And while washing my hands, I looked at the filth splattered up and down the walls, the baseboards were completely coated in filth! Just absolutely disgusting. Walmart's bathrooms were even cleaner than this. lol I recall years back visiting the Hilliard location when it first opened and they seemed to have higher quality items than they do now. Most everything in the store is cheap. China made junk at an elevated price. I'm sticking with HomeGoods, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx. And lastly, the parking lot.... I almost didn't even go into the store because they had several large shopping carts being swept around the parking lot with the high winds. Nobody wants their cars damaged. Holy moley this place is huge! I just went for my second time over the weekend because I happened to be in the area furniture shopping with my sister. I totally forgot how much stuff was in here! For starters, masks are obviously required. They don't really have aisle directions or any signage reminding patrons to social distance. The good thing was that most were doing that anyways. Prices here are okay but nothing to get excited about. Some things can be marked down but most things I found I caught myself saying I can find this at TJ Maxx for cheaper. I did really like the home organizing section and found a few things I needed priced well. Everything is pretty organized, which is a plus. The bathrooms were also really clean. The only big bummer was the line the cash out took longer than the shopping itself. Pro tip - Check Google for busy times and try to avoid them. read more

If this is the same brand store that's located on the east-side of Columbus, OH i cannot recommend it. i bought a small stool to use in front of a small make-up table. After using it for about 2 years or so; it broke down! And i don't weigh 200 lbs!! Cheap Chinese junk if you ask me. i ended up junking it and buying a solid Amish made stool that won't break down on me. read more

What a nice clean store!!! So much to look at it's almost overwhelming. We went to look for an area rug and there were so many choices!!! What was nice they were all displayed so you could decide and really see the pattern. Funny after going up and down the 4-5 aisles at least 3 times we decided on the very first area rug we saw. It's great to have so many choices. All employers and customers I saw had masks on. That's a real plus in my book!!! I will be back. read more

Let's just say if Ikea and Walmart had a baby (sans grocery items and other foods) this would be that child. When I walked in the door it was filled to the rafters with Christmas decorating items...LOTS of them! There's also the usual suspects of dishes, glasses, pillows, chairs, vases, things to hang on your walls and a smaller amount of area rugs. I'd also put the quality and price of things right in the middle of the aforementioned parental units. It's a nice place to get things to decorate your place if you are low on cash. The only things in there I wanted were the Christmas decorations which I may go back for. Apparently that area around the Polaris mall has become home decoration/furniture land as so many places for that have recently opened. read more

I love the smell of a new store new carpet new paint I seem to like the Hilliard location a little better maybe because Polaris is stupid busy all the time. They have a great selection of pretty much any xmas decor you want. Mirrors end tables dressers and pretty good quality no partical board or anything like that. It's like a big home goods could get lost in here pretty big didn't see many workers mainly at the check outs wasn't to busy. But a good place to buy all the home decor I'll be returning read more

Product, price and store was great - all of staff looked disgruntled and rarely if ever offered to help

The store is very large and has lots of options and styles. They also are fairly reasonably priced. The staff at this particular location seem to dislike their jobs quite strongly. As the store is so large, finding someone who works there can be challenging. I looked around for about 5 min - when I found a woman, she was very short with me. I asked her about a particular chair. She made it very clear she was busy and had no interest in helping me. I proceeded to ask about availability at other locations for which is said I could ask someone else toward the front of the store. Okay... so I wonder around some more. Find a second lady, ask her. She buzzed by me, saying flatly, "That's our only one." Okay... Go to the check out line. "You can look online." Well.. not really because you can't actually see how many are available online AND you can't purchase anything online. In conclusion: 1. This location is lacking in professional and personable staff. 2. At Home doesn't really track their inventory well. 3. The At Home website is useless and needs to enter 2019 like the rest of us. read more

Bro, do you need throw pillows? Like, do you need an uncountable number of throw pillows made with every possible color and fabric combination that mankind has been able to create? This place GOT YOU. It's just an impossibly large store full of an impossible variety of things to put inside a house. Now, I'm a practical person at heart and I didn't see anything that was necessary for life, but that didn't stop my wife from buying a bunch of frilly throw pillows. This place is like a Bed, Bath, and Beyond store that ate four other Bed, Bath, and Beyond stores then binge watched HGTV for 18 hours. This store answers the question "Is it possible to completely and uniformly coat my house with bric-a-brac?" with an emphatic HELLZ YEAH IT IS. This store judges you not by your works, ideas, or opinions but instead by how many throw pillows you own. Even your grandma thinks this place has too many throw pillows. It was really clean though, though the organizational system eluded me. Does Ikea sell too much furniture for your taste? This place is like an Ikea with less furniture and more everything that isn't furniture. If you like HGTV and think "man, I should buy one of those for my house" while watching it then you should definitely shop here. read more

today I went in and bought three glass decanters as gifts for a friends birthday. once I got to the register there was no kind service and all three of my GLASS items were not wrapped up or even put in a bag. I was just handed copy of my receipt and as I was trying to grab my items carefully i was asked to hurry so I could let the next person at the register. i understand everyone is under staffed and stressed but there is no excuse for no kindness. I used to shop here as a designer and small business owner because of the discount they offered and the friendly staff. Sadly, neither of those are true any longer. For years, I have shown a business card and/or social media account for the designer discount. Now, much like the credit card reviews you are seeing, they went the actual, physical wholesaler license in the store each time. Unlike every other store in Columbus (including Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Home Depot, even actual wholesale companies) who only need your tax ID number. My husband is a CPA. There is no reason whatsoever to need anything but the number on file with the state. But the staff is what has really gone downhill since Covid. The woman arguing with me about the new policy was extremely put out that I dared to ask about the discount. She even started complaining about me to the other staffers before I had even left the store. If you shopped there in the past for a designer discount BEWARE. No emails were sent, no postcards, there's not even a sign with the policy change. It just happened secretly sometime this past year. read more

Love this place! I needed help finding a specific Christmas Tree and the store Manager located the item, placed it on a cart, and loaded it into my vehicle for me. I don't think he knew I was pregnant either, so I really appreciated his assistance. He also had to be called over by the cashier at one point to clarify the return policy. I felt like he worked harder than the employees to be honest! Great customer service and the products are fun to shop. Would recommend. read more

"at home" is the name more like "never again" this was our first time here and will be our last. the lady who checked us out was delightful but there was two cashiers working on black Friday weekend. we waited in line for an hour. the prices were so high the only discount was on paintings of cows. read more

Saw a table I liked on their website, went into this store to see if they had it, couldn't find it. Walked over to the register to ask if they could find it for me or see if they had it in stock & the lazy associate at the front said "if you didn't see it there, then we don't have it. Try a different store". Way to "go the extra mile" for a customer. I won't ever come back. read more

Love the content, but the customer service there is garbage. I walked the whole store looking for anyone who worked there, finally finding a few folks chatting in a back corner. 5 people shopping in the store, 8 people working, no help. Then trying to check out, one person working a register, several people in line, more employees just hanging around doing nothing - just standing around. Ridiculous. read more
