As someone who is always on the quest for good fries, I had to check this place out once I got word of how good they are. I'm a sucker for a battered fry, a seasoned fry, and a crinkle cut fry individually. Saddleberk has taken the best of all three worlds and created possibly the best fry ever. They are crispy and light with a really good seasoning. The basket I got also came with their ranch which is amazing. I didn't try any of the other foods, but I've heard good things about their chicken sandwich and burger. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu. Side Note: They also have a side of fries which I didn't see and panic ordered the basket, but it was a happy accident.

I'm gettin right to the point. The wiz and I got burgers from this joint today and we couldn't believe what they sold us. I got the double and she got the single. All bun no meat for $25. We feel robbed.........I hope the owner reads this. Send us our damn money back and no I'm not comin all the way out to Dublin to try this shit again. I already wasted enough gas comin out here this time.......for nothin!!! You know its bad when you leave there and go to Five Guys.

The Saddleberk Restaurant is attached to their butcher shop within the Bridge Park North Market. I got the Meatball Sub. Love the basil pesto adding a different layer of flavor along with the marinara sauce.

I am so happy I tried this place out! Saddleberk is a butcher shop/restaurant/tiny grocery section, located inside of the Bridge Park North Market, which is a little bit smaller than the short north location. However, most of the options are different, so I was extremely excited to have various new food places to try. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and holy cow! The chicken is crazy juicy and flavorful. I'd definitely recommend getting it! I also got the poutine, but it was a bit too salty for me. I will preface that I have a lower salt tolerance compared to some, so you might enjoy it more than I did. Parking: there's a free parking garage connected to the north market, so it was super convenient!

Went to Northmarket Bridge Park over the weekend and there were so many places to choose from to eat! I ended up stumbling on this place and omg it was delicious! My entire group of friends ended up eating here after we saw their menu!! We had the crispy chicken sandwich, saddleberk butcher burger, roast beast sandwich, chicken wings, schnitzel, fries, a salad, and the coffee milkshake! The wait did take a little while and there was a bit of time in between all of our orders, but it looked like they were making everything to order and it tasted so fresh, so no complaints here! Everything was served with homemade ranch, even the fries, which I loved. The prices seem a little high, but for the amount and quality of food I can't complain. They also have refrigerated area where they keep meats that you can purchase to go that i can't wait to check out next time I'm in!

I tried this place out twice now from a recommendation I got from another vendor at the Dublin North Market. The first time I got the burger without any lettuce or tomato or anything. I thought it was really good and particularly enjoyed the special sauce. The patty could have been a bit bigger because I got some bites of just bun and sauce. The second time I tried the chicken sandwich and this is the winner hands down. So crispy and delicious. However they put ranch on top and bottom which for me was a bit too much. The best thing here is the fries which are waffle and battered. I do want to mention that I think charging $4 to go from chips to fries is pretty steep, I think $2 is more fair but that's just me. This is my favorite of the stalls at the market as of now!

I love this shop inside the North Market Dublin. They have a huge selection of meats, the booth is well organized, and the staff is really friendly.

Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time to read this review. First things first I want to discuss the atmosphere of the Dublin North Market. When you first go in everything is nice and we'll set up and many different options to choose from. Bbq to seafood, mexcian to Mediterranean, and also dessert and drinks! Such as cupcakes or cake, bubble tea or smoothies. And so much more! They also have a bar located towards the back of the place. With all of those options it was hard to choose a restaurant but all in all we ended up getting this place called SaddleBerk. When you first walk up to the booth you'll see on the right side they have this butcher part to it. They sell all types of meat that you can get from the butcher. I thought that was pretty cool. On their menu there isn't a lot to choose from and everything is pretty much al la cart. I ordered the fried chicken sandwhich with a side of waffle fries and ranch, and my Boyfriend ordered the cheeseburger with bacon and it came with a side of chips. If you enjoy messy sandwiches then this is for you! Lol my sandwich was so messy that when I tried to cut it in half everything just tore apart and didn't cut right(also because the plastic knife wasn't as durable). There was a point in time where I would be eating just fried skin and bread lol. But on this sandwich there is fried chicken duh, pickles, lettuce, and some kind of sauce. I tasted the chicken by itself and I will say the chicken needs some work. The taste is bland and could really use some more flavor. The pickles and ranch helped with that but that's why I rate if a 3 because the chicken was the bland and also messy to eat. The waffle fries were ok, to me it seems like they were a bit over cooked. I could have just ordered chips lol. I will say that they're ranch is creamy, delicious and they also make it themselves. My boyfriends burger I didn't taste because I don't eat pork but I will leave his thoughts about it and also a picture of his food. To him the burger just tasted like a burger. He also stated that his burger was messy to and he didn't really care for the chips. But the bacon was good! All in all I rate a 3, I do want to try other places in there but I will leave this up to anyone who reads this review if you want to still try saddleberk or not. Hey maybe you'll like it better than I did! Also Our food didn't come with drinks, I don't remember seeing drinks on the menus. Maybe I missed it lol, so just a heads up but there are other places that sells drinks in the market!

Smash burger, Cubano Sandwich, Fries & Chocolate Shake

First let me say if I could add a half Star to this review I would for a total of 3 1/2 stars . We enjoy this Butcher shop, the employees there are very knowledgeable & always so friendly. This was our first time visit actually sitting down & having a meal ~ we choose the Smashburger, Cubano sandwich with a side of fries & Chocolate milkshake. The smashburger was delightful but aggressively salted. The Cubano sandwich had great meat flavor but needed thicker pickles for the punch as well as more mustard & cheese. A little disappointed the fries were not fresh cut, those fries were also too salty. The Chocolate Shake was great, not too sweet, it had a solid chocolate flavor as far as quality & taste.

This review is for the pricey waffle fries only. $8 for an order is a bit much. Having said that, it was absolutely delicious.
