I asked to speak with the manager, and 2 seconds later they asked if i had put on loyalty card. Luckily I had .... After 8 minutes, manager finally opened computer to start search. Over 15 minutes into it, she said she couldn't find my number. We did it again. I do have to say, computers looked archaic.
